I have never had a bad experience here up until about 2 months ago. I’m seeing all new faces and it seems like all but a few are not trained well. Customer service is not what is was. Only a couple are friendly. My drinks are just about always made wrong. This used to be my favorite location and I was very friendly with the manager. I don’t see her here anymore, might be the reason behind the sudden shift. When I come in the mornings the service isn’t bad, my drinks aren’t what they used to be but the two boys I always see in the mornings are friendly. Nights take a while to make my drinks and they almost always have friends there. The girl with the blonde hair and glasses is especially not nice and always makes my drinks wrong. I will not be choosing this location to visit anymore. With north ogden charging extra for no ice and this one under poor management, I’ll have to find a new one.

The girl that was working on Friday May 2nd with the red hair and yellow star pimple patches on her face. Had terrible customer service. She was rude to my son and had a bad attitude and was rolling her eyes until her coworker walked in. She wasn’t very busy either. I regretted tipping tbh. As for her coworker in the black shirt with black hair. She was very pleasant during my last visit here. On a more positive note the drinks were good.

NORAH MADE MY EXPERIENCE SO AMAZING. She answered all my questions amazingly. I was indecisive and she helped me and gave me suggestions. She made my experience at fiiz 10x better. Was just in this location wanting to get the black Friday deal on gift cards. Was wanting to get $100 to be able to get $50 due to this sale. Was being given the run around and ended up being told would only be able to get $130 for some reason. Cashier was on the phone with their manager and seemingly not understanding how their own promotion works or trying to pull a scam and pocket some money or something like that.
My drink wasn’t made with an actual lime like it’s should have been. The worker used lime syrup but it still taste good and I still drank it

Today was the first time I ever went to Fizz Kaydence had some great customer service she was so kind and so helpful and funny she made the experience so much fun!! She definitely made me want to come back and I don’t even live in Ogden I would definitely drive all the way back to Ogden from Provo just for her customer service! And she definitely sold me on the cup!
