How is it possible for you guys to be so incompetent? I have ordered DoorDash from you guys a dozen or so times and literally half the time the fries are just missing. It shows the fries are in my order on the receipt and then I open the sealed bag and there's no fries. Can you guys not read? This is ridiculous I can't comprehend this It's literally 50 50 my odds of getting my entire order.

The place is dated... but not dated enough to be retro or niche. The food is pretty good, but their prices are kinda silly... they are very proud of thier food... and the atmosphere is odd... employees kinda standing around trying to be cool or cute... I wish the place had a drive through, going inside is the worst part of the experience. sadly we things to do close by and taking it to go wasn't an option this time. If my wife didn't want to go there, id not darken their doorstep again... there are better burgers in town for similar prices. BUT they are consistent and that does count for something.

I am sure people get different experiences everyday. But for a place to be open on a Sunday. Excellent customer service. After having amazing custom made order. I had rome to appreciate the Compadre of the team mates completing the lunch rush they had while I was in. The only thing I think they could work on is changing gloves more frequently. But besides that. Service was phenomenal. Keep up the great work!

Tonight (6/24/25), the food seemed to be sub-par. I've had a better little bacon cheeseburger before. I order regular fries, and usually, that's way more than enough for my wife and I to share. Usually, they fill the fry cup and dump more fries in the bag. They didn't dump hardly any in the bag this time.

The food came out kinda fast and I was like oh no I forgot to say well done and unfortunately one of the burgers was raw. I know we came in close to closing but dang…..please take some kinda pride in your work.
One of the few places where I will eat a hamburger. The burger is always good and juicy. Sometimes you will get a bit on your hand. Which means you do not ever have a dry burger. The bun is the right size, not so big to pretend you have a full burger. The toppings cover that. You get plenty of fries for two. Simple atmosphere, but you are getting a burger, not a three course meal. 5 Guys always delivers a good meal.

Went in today and ordered a bacon burger and a regular fry and i wish I could remember the two guys working but they were super cool and made the best d*** burger and fries I had and my family got milkshakes and safe to say they have the same praise. 10 out of 10 food and 12 out of 10 customer service🤙🏽
