Just left Freddy's, the girl that helped me didn't want to reach through the window cuz it's snowing and she might get cold and she acted like I was putting her out when she took my order and although my patty melt was delicious. I can't give my money to a business that allows customer service to be like that just saying

Had a double smash burger. Really good and well seasoned. The fries were fun, tiny little skinny cut but flavor wise weren't anything special. Similar to In-n-Out in flavor. Had a very good pumpkin pie shake/ ice cream that was seasonal. Good atmosphere

VERY expensive. One chili dog, one basic double burger and one small (like 4 inche tall) shake, 24$ and some odd cents!!!

We had a take out order for over one hundred dollars. The food was good but we got nothing else. We ordered about 12 sauses for the fries, onion rings, tots, etc., and did not get any. There were no napkins, no spoons, no sauces in the bags only the food. We ordered four custard shakes none of them marked so had to guess what each one was. Food was good but service was terrible.

Let me tell you/everyone who comes here, this place was great tonight. For those who don’t know, tonight was pouring rain like cats and dogs. Driving through dark roads, I turn into Freddie’s, see people inside (like always) and expect the worst. Nope! I was in, I got my food, they conquered. The service was nice, the food came out hot and ready (within minutes) and they were busy at the same time! With even more people coming in after us. Clear and concise, not a moment wasted. Thanks again, other food-related businesses should take a page out of their book.
(We left no crumbs)

We only went through the drive through for a shake and a concrete. They were both completely melted. The girl at the drive through was super nice.
