The food is great. Service is pretty good. Hard to say if we came in after a big rush or if the lobby was just not well maintained. Have gone there a few times and always see trash on the floor and ketchup etc on the tables.

I have been to this location multiple times but lately the food is very messy. It doesn't appear to be put together in a neat order. I went to take a bite and the burger slid out of the bun. I also asked for the senior discount and the clerk did not give it to me. Not as impressive as it used to be. I have only used the drive-thru.

Can you guys stop giving customers melted ice cream??? Last time I came here a year ago they served me a melted ice cream. This time we ordered concrete and they gave us shakes?? What’s wrong with this place.

The food here is always good. I was very disappointed tonight when I ordered my usual burger and they told me they were out of grilled onions. Not sure what type of burger places runs out of grilled onions. Especially when they come with raw onions that just need to be grilled. When someone pays $9 for a hamburger they should be able to have it there way they want it. I told them I was good I wasn’t going to order anything I saw the people in the drive through laughing. Disappointing customers shouldn’t be funny.

Employees were very courteous. Food on the other hand had more salt than food.

My all time favorite fast food! I always get the number 4 the patty melt.
