I've been going here for years, but it's getting worse unfortunately. I used to like the downstairs for its quiet atmosphere, but it often opens really late. Seems like they only have one server when I'm there, so you end up waiting forever for some fairly mid bar food. They cranked the prices up recently, and unfortunately with everything else that's gonna be the last straw.

It wasn’t that great to be honest. We were there for a show and the seating is awkward. The stools are poor quality and it doesn’t really feel like the place was built for shows. I was impressed with the drink though. Service was pretty good too

Good food and drinks at good prices with friendly staff, but whoever did Karaoke the Thursday before this review had no idea how to set up the stage.
Some main speakers were pointed towards to singer/performer, which is poor sound design and caused me to be unable to hear myself at all during karaoke.
About halfway through my song, I realized it was the large speaker in front of the screen for lyrics- It was backwards.

This is a great dive bar and a cool place to hear local talent play their tunes. The waitstaff are friendly and attentive and the food is delicious (I seriously cannot recommend their tatchos enough, though everything that comes out of their fryer seems to be blessed by the gods of bar food).

Elly is the best bartender!! Kicked ass on a Tuesday night all by herself. Also makes one of the best lemon drop shots I’ve ever had. Go see her and tip her well!!!

From movie night & poker to karaoke & live music, this place has something going on most every night. The atmosphere, & people are incredible, & for those looking for it...this is your “third place.” Best tavern in Ogden.
The food is always fantastic, service is always great, and there's always something interesting happening.
They normally have the same menu options as upstairs. There's a great vegan/vegetarian option, too.
Monday is normally movie night. A more laid-back vibe to accommodate the movie.
Poker night is on Tuesdays, normally with over 30 players fighting for poker supremacy. (No cash value, just betting units, you can still sometimes score bar swag, and other cool prizes.)
Thursday & Sunday are normally karaoke nights. The DJ creates a fantastic atmosphere.
Friday & Saturday normally have a live band.
There's a solid selection of beers, spirits, & great food. Excellent place with fantastic people working there.
Parking is what it is in Ogden. Get there early.

What kind of bouncer doesn’t break up some random lady trying to fight another girl? Also heard the food was shitty, and the bouncer was bigger with a goatee. If you’re going to run an establishment with customers make sure that you get the crazy ones out

They had live music on the weekend. Also the place was well decorated and comfortable. I recommend this place!

Me and my friends frequent this bar pretty often for their karaoke nights. We love Jay and enjoy having drinks and food here. Needless to say I won’t be coming back. Adam was the security guard who singled me and the only 2 other black girls out of my large group of friends. We all usually meet in the parking lot take pics and mingle before we go in. He accused the first two of drinking but they were just vaping in the car but then turned to me and said I was the one drinking? I literally was not. Changed his story multiple times and when I went to defend my self and try to see what he was seeing. Then he threatened to call the cops on me to search my car if I didn’t leave…very classless. Never once did I get loud or rude with him but I’ve heard a lot of people say they have a problem with Adam in specific . I hope no one has the same experience as me. Really disappointed because we’ve never caused issues or problems there and this whole encounter just felt very targeted and wrong.

The live music is too damn loud. Please make a level of noise that is still enjoyable to have conversation with groups. We have to scream to say what we want to drink. We are locals and would love to have this change. Spend $10/person for a cover to be deaf

Killer little dive bar. Lots of fun , good atmosphere, great music. Saw a band called The Felony Brothers, solid set!! Cool little place. The guy Bartender didn't seem to be very friendly or good at his job as he only seemed to be able to process one thing at a time, but other than that, this place is great!
