Funk n Dive is the place to be on a Wednesday night. Big fan of the trivia, the bartenders that know your name and keep the Pacifico coming, and the shot ski of Porter's Fire after a win (highly recommended). Special shout out to Elly, bartender and shot ski filmer extraordinare. Ogden is lucky to have a place like this.

My favorite day of the week is coming to Tuesday night poker at Funk n Dive. It is a great group of people and a lot of fun! Always familiar faces showing up and a very good game of poker. Elly is always the bartender on Tuesdays, she is great, amazing hospitality, super kind and easy to chat with. Highly recommend joining every Tuesday at 7. Also Wednesday night trivia is fun as well.

I've been going here for years, but it's getting worse unfortunately. I used to like the downstairs for its quiet atmosphere, but it often opens really late. Seems like they only have one server when I'm there, so you end up waiting forever for some fairly mid bar food. They cranked the prices up recently, and unfortunately with everything else that's gonna be the last straw.

It wasn’t that great to be honest. We were there for a show and the seating is awkward. The stools are poor quality and it doesn’t really feel like the place was built for shows. I was impressed with the drink though. Service was pretty good too

Good food and drinks at good prices with friendly staff, but whoever did Karaoke the Thursday before this review had no idea how to set up the stage.
Some main speakers were pointed towards to singer/performer, which is poor sound design and caused me to be unable to hear myself at all during karaoke.
About halfway through my song, I realized it was the large speaker in front of the screen for lyrics- It was backwards.

This is a great dive bar and a cool place to hear local talent play their tunes. The waitstaff are friendly and attentive and the food is delicious (I seriously cannot recommend their tatchos enough, though everything that comes out of their fryer seems to be blessed by the gods of bar food).
