Golden Jade is always a favorite with our family. They are mainly a take out place but have a few tables. Food is good. The prices have gone up, just like every where but you still get a lot of food on your plate.

I came here one time to take out and the last time I came I never want to return again. The food was gross. The fried food tasted like it was saturated in grease and been sitting forever. I don’t recommend don’t come here just trying to save you some money.

Havent gone in awhile, prices way up. Got two orders of different chicken to go. IT WAS SO BAD, not spicy, no flavors, chicken was dry, tough, hard to chew.. $33. And I will NEVER go there again. Clearly they have gone way down hill.

They were very nice. Service was amazing. My pepper shrimp was so good. But my neices orange chicken was hard . my sons chicken too they love Chinese. But they didn't like this one. We payed $64 for just 3 combos & 3 drinks That's ridiculous for the kind of food we got. I would go to panda next time or hohos in salt Lake They did replace our chicken free of charge. But they didnt like that either & my son is not a picky eater He loves Food. And no fortune Cookie 💔

Has Utah never had real chinese food or what? I should have known how our experience would be right from the moment they brought out the egg drop soup, or whatever the soup was.
If your looking for authentic chinese food, this is not it. I called my father, who is chinese, just to tell him how embarrassing this restourant is to the chinese community.

No One Important To You
We looked up best Chinese food in Ogden, and this popped up as the best. We tried it and what horrible food, the sweet and sour is nothing but frozen breaded chicken with sauce no peppers, no onions, no pineapple, no flavor the only good thing was the fried rice and the egg drop soup, the lemon chicken was the same. If you're a chinese food lover this isn't your place.
The food never disappoints! We love getting takeout from Golden Jade.

I love this place and been coming here for 20 years. The food is amazing always and big portions at good price. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the owner and staff are such great people. The service is top notch and its honestly the best Chinese food around. I highly recommend coming here.

The food was absolutely delicious, but the service was far from welcoming. We walked in as a family of three, and right away, the server seemed irritated by our presence. She appeared tired and annoyed, which set a negative tone for our visit.
When she brought the menu, I asked if they had any juices or apple juice for our little one. Her response was a curt “no,” without offering any alternatives. Later, when she brought our drinks, there was still no effort to suggest something for our child. I noticed they had lemonade, so I got up to serve it myself. No problem.
The server saw me doing this and offered to handle it. I politely declined, explaining I had already prepared the cup. To my surprise, she took the cup from my hand, dumped it out, and replaced it with one that had a lid. I was shocked by this unnecessary and abrupt action.
Overall, I’ve never felt so poorly treated as a dine-in customer. That said, the food was excellent, and we may return for it, but there will be no tip for that server.

This place is fantastic! Ordered it for the first time over the phone. Our food was ready extremely quick and the gentleman that helped me at the register couldn’t have been nicer. The portions are great and it’s at a good price. Get the Szechuan chicken!
