The staff is not very knowledgeable about their ingredients. My 2 year has food allergies and when I asked about some of the items on their menu to see what my son could have, the employee helping me told me she’s not a baker so she doesn’t know. So I asked if she could check with someone who would know and she ended getting very irritated with me and my questions. I was very patient, and I was kind. Food allergies are a very serious thing and she did not seem to understand that. Leaving this review in hopes that management will see it and educate their employees on their ingredients and how to handle food allergy questions.
Dietary restrictions: Most of their bread is egg free. So if you have an egg allergy the bread is a good choice! Not the pumpkin chocolate chip bread though, that has egg in it.
Clean and plenty of seating. Restrooms were above average and beautiful decorations. Cinnamon rolls were wonderful and the wheat bread slice fresh warm and buttery.

I’m usually not one to complain about food service, working in the industry myself but I have never been so disgusted by an employees behavior. We walk in me and my father and he notices a sign that says now hiring and I told him I have no interest in working here. He, still wanting to get more information asked for the manager. They said this older woman with reddish blonde hair had been working there the longest implying there was no shift lead. He started asking her questions such as why you have to be 18 to work here and that stuff. She then said that I should be asking the questions and that I shouldn’t work there because they have to deal with customers and made a comment implying that I was mentally slow. I am currently a manager at a restaurant franchise and this comment was especially offensive because I have diagnosed autism. This woman is terrible with customers and should be fired. As for the rest of the employees they all didn’t seem to know what they were doing. They were all polite though. Terrible management, terrible customer service, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
