These are the sweetest people we have met today! This place is as authentic as it is delicious!

They give away huge slices of different bread with butter to everyone. Don't worry about asking, they will ask you!

I love ordering here for lunch and pick up a loaf of bread. The menu board gives me anxiety, so I ask whoever is helping me to make me their favorite sandwich but no PeanutButter and Jelly. Once again I got the best sandwich I have ever had. I appreciate the kindness and understanding of everyone that works there. If I could get the name of that sandwich, it would be great, but it is better being surprised every time. Great Crew!!! Sorry if I am pain in the bottom.

The food was really good and they make excellent bread and pastries. However, it was hard to not notice during my dining experience that some of the older staff were treating the other members poorly and harshly. Noticed a little bit of stern talking and snarky comments. Really dissatisfied with some of the staff. Don’t know if I’ll be coming back to this location.

Had the most amazing soup here. The bread here is my favorite for sandwiches. Pumpkin chocolate chip bread is so good I tore a peice off to eat when I get to my car.

I haven't been to this one in a hot minute...but never had any complaints coming here. I did however call today and the customer service given was nice, thank you! They explained that stores in the area have different ownership. I would rather come to this one and the Layton one... I'm done with the Clinton store...they have lost my patronage.

Great bread and other baked goods. Great Harvest never disappoints due to its high quality and consistency of their bread and other food. I don't buy bread anywhere else. Cookies and muffins are a treat now and then, but my favorite by far is their frosted pumpkin squares.

Usually I have a good experience here, but lately is has been subpar. I have been coming here about 5-7 times a year for the past 5 years because I work nearby. Today I went in and the gal manning the front was on her phone. I had to call her attention for her to come up. They were out of one of the soups and didn’t have any plain bread available for a slice- only sweet breads. I ordered a soup and slice and the girl cut me the smallest slice. I left and afterwards when I looked in my bag, I realized they left off the pickle that is always included. Poor customer service today and limited options! Please step it up- you guys used to be so good

Yummy homemade bread! Cute location attached to a bookstore .... service was a bit slow but the bread is worth the wait! Only 7.50 for a loaf of bread! Super affordable and it was freshly baked and warm! Can't wait to make French toast!

I ran the Ogden Marathon and Great Harvest gave to the Gol Foundation coupons so we runners can get a free loaf of bread. Today I went to this location (downtown Ogden store) to pick up my loaf of bread. The guy who takes the money from the customers, REFUSED to honor the coupon. He told me he would run out of bread, even though, the store was empty and No other runner was there to claim a loaf of bread, plus had racks full of bread! Plus, he was very rude and told me to go to another store to do that!!! This store needs ETHIC classes!!
