Took forever to get our food and when we got our food I ordered a roast beef lettuce wrap, it was on romaine lettuce and half of the lettuce was wilted! Will not eat there again!

We had a great time yesterday 9/11/2025. The staff went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable including making sure our dog had water. We felt like we stepped into our friend's house. The food was great! We had a sandwich and they even wrapped up the half sandwich we didn't finish and added some great pickles to our to go bag. A massive thank you to the staff.

I really wanted pumpkin chocolate chip bread. I went to the Great Harvest closer to my house and they didn't have any. I tried another bakery and they didn't have any. Finally, I came here and got the last two loaves of pumpkin chocolate chip bread. However, now that I've opened up on of my loaves, I can clearly see there are no chocolate chips in my bread! 😿😿 I'm literally so sad. If I could figure out how to add pictures to my review I would because this loaf is destitute of chocolate chips and it's frankly depressing. My day has henceforth been ruined. I have investigated my bread, hoping that my assumption would be proven false, and yet, my hopes were dashed. The loaf is simply one flavor, and I'm missing chocolatey goodness. I can feel their absence. I spent too much effort and money on this bread to be so disillusioned.

Customer service was TERRIBLE, except for the one exception of one employee that I encountered. I will never be back. They have lost more than one customer with this experience. The manager was extremely unhelpful to my situation And I am very disappointed.

This GH hits different. The staff is wonderful, very kind and attentive. It's connected to a really cool little shop with wonderful things in there too. This place is vibrant and the baked goods are always delicioso 😋 sándwiches y ensaladas son muy buenos 👍 👌 ✨️ 💕
Stopped by today while I was at the farmers market and the employees were all so nice!! Their bread is always great!!

I love ordering here for lunch and pick up a loaf of bread. The menu board gives me anxiety, so I ask whoever is helping me to make me their favorite sandwich but no PeanutButter and Jelly. Once again I got the best sandwich I have ever had. I appreciate the kindness and understanding of everyone that works there. If I could get the name of that sandwich, it would be great, but it is better being surprised every time. Great Crew!!! Sorry if I am pain in the bottom.
The food was really good and they make excellent bread and pastries. However, it was hard to not notice during my dining experience that some of the older staff were treating the other members poorly and harshly. Noticed a little bit of stern talking and snarky comments. Really dissatisfied with some of the staff. Don’t know if I’ll be coming back to this location.

I haven't been to this one in a hot minute...but never had any complaints coming here. I did however call today and the customer service given was nice, thank you! They explained that stores in the area have different ownership. I would rather come to this one and the Layton one... I'm done with the Clinton store...they have lost my patronage.
