I’ve LOVED great harvest for many reasons, biggest reason being I have severe allergies to sesame and if you didn’t know, a ton of store bought bread contain sesame-great harvest’s breads do not contain sesame!!! Aside from the allergies, their bread is phenomenal!! So many options of breads, I personally love the sourdough and honey whole wheat!! I also love their food menu, I come grab a sandwich on my busiest days and they are made with great ingredients!! Lastly, their SCONES!!! Out of this world, the work of an angel for sure!!! Can’t recommend great harvest enough and this location has great employees and they have started remembering me because I come in so often! Lol love them for it, as someone who worked in the restaurant industry for 13 years I appreciate the hospitality and kindness they serve with!!

Fresh and healthy food choices, great service, and very clean. I love the raisin bread, and the loaded sweet vegan sandwich is the best sandwich I have ever eaten.

The employees were the only thing good at this store. I ordered two sandwiches, on dried out wheat bread, and when I was on my second half, there was a bug in the lettuce. I don’t expect perfection, but when you pay $35 for a lunch it should be something you want to eat again. I did order chip, and two cinnamon rolls. Chips were prepacked, so no review on them. The cinnamon rolls were good.

We walked in at 6pm. Got up to the front at 6:01 and they told us that the deli closed at 6pm and they couldn’t make a sandwich. I asked if we could just get food to go. She said no. Walked out with my 3 kids in tears. Close at 6 if that’s when you stop serving sandwiches. That and if someone walks in at 6:01…serve them a sandwich. Won’t come back here again. Disappointed in the service and lack of any empathy from this employee.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The front staff at the establishment were kind, professional, and made customers feel welcome. However, a middle-aged man in a leadership role behaved unprofessionally, making inappropriate comments about the staff’s appearance, calling them names, and mocking them with snide remarks. His behavior was demoralizing, especially towards one staff member, the blonde woman in charge. While the service from the front staff was excellent, the manager’s conduct negatively impacted the staff and the overall atmosphere, making it advisable to avoid the establishment if he’s present.

Had a really off-putting experience here on 12/7, service was poor (staff seemed inpatient and unable to occupy herself while we looked at the menu, we were the only people in the store) and then we received the worst sandwiches I’ve ever purchased from a Great Harvest. We took them to go so we did not realize how bad they were until we got home (see pictures with black avocado used on my Josh is a Turkey). We will stick to the 25th street location.

I showed up at 6:28 PM to pick up a really quick loaf of bread for a Christmas gift. I felt so terrible for coming so close to closing (6:30pm) But the sweet girl Austin had no problem helping me and also assured me that they do not close till 630 so we have plenty of time! Such great customer service along with the most amazing bread ever!
