The girl working behind the counter needs a serious attitude adjustment.
I highly suggest you start making labels for your food inside the front display if you don't want your customers asking "what type of cake is this?" To be answered by your employee with an eye roll followed with the response "..... It's cake."

She is consistently in a bad mood every time I've been there. I have been avoiding going to this place and that was the final straw for me. Why would you want someone like that interacting with your customers? I can't believe I've tipped your employees every time I've been there to be consistently treated like I'm unwanted.
You guys fully deserve a review bomb, it's been going on for way too long.
If you want to feel unwelcome and hostility, this is your spot! Luckily it's a chain and none of the other locations have this problem, great job hiring manager! There is a consistency of reviews that follow this trend about your baristas.

Thereâs always a vibe of the baristas having something better to do than serve customers. We seem to be an inconvenience. Is life really that bad for these baristas? Coffee and service are 100% better at Daily Rise, Wasatch, and Kaffe Merc. If you want to start your day with a bad attitude and mediocre cup of coffee come here.
My hot cocoa was great but the lady that served me was very rude. But I heard from a regular that she was new so ill give her the benefit of the doubt. The place also has bugs. I've killed two while sitting in their reserved section.

I gave this place 5 stars because one person shouldnât ruin the rating. Iâve had countless drinks made by everyone here and every single person does a great job and is extremely friendly except for Nicole, she always seems to hate her job, the drinks she makes are always bitter, and she has zero people skills. If she makes a blended drink you can bet that it doesnât get blended like when everyone else makes the same drink, if she makes you a hot drink it is bitter and lukewarm. I have always been disappointed to see her working when I come in. However if anyone else is working you are in for a treat! If you like trying new things you can count on Clint and his vast amount of knowledge to make you something new! He seems to have enjoyed experimenting and perfecting his craft to the next level. Because of him and everyone other than Nicole I gave this place 5 stars.

I've had many fantastic experiences at this coffee shop, thanks to the wonderful staff. Clint, Aumry, and Saysha are all particularly exceptionalâthey consistently make amazing drinks and provide outstanding service. Most of the team truly goes above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere.
However, there is one barista, a tall woman, Nicole, who unfortunately stands out for the wrong reasons. Her attitude is consistently rude, and the quality of the drinks she prepares is disappointing at best. It's a shame that this one individual's behavior and lack of professionalism negatively impact what is otherwise a great place.
If you get anyone else serving you, especially Clint, Aumry, or Saysha, you're in for a great treat!

Such a great spot! Lots of options for flavors, milks, etc., as well as some nice grab and go eats. Love the local art on the walls and the cork board with local happenings and affirming messages throughout the cafe. Felt so welcomed by the staff and the atmosphere and glad to support a local gem of a cafe. That's guilt free coffee! ââ¨

They have beautiful, handcrafted art on the walls. Plenty of room for people to sit comfortably on couches or chairs and tables. I appreciate a safe space when I can find them; it's really nice to be able to just breath and relax. The only thing that I'd like to improve is their tea list; I know it's a coffee shop, I'm just saying. It's awesome in all other ways. Service was prompt, professional, and nice. The place is clean, including bathrooms. This place is chill with good 90s music, and I appreciated the musical throwback. Lol I got a Matcha chiller and hubby got a Mocha chiller. We were both happy with our drinks.
