Less than desirable customer service by CLINT, went in to buy gift cards and was informed they were out. Asked if any other locations had any and was told it didn’t matter because they are all individually owned franchises. So in others words if they aren’t the locations you’re buying from then they will refuse to help you..I let Clint know although they may be individually owned franchises The picture and name they display on their building are all the same meaning they should be working together helping one another. Clint did not share that same mindset and continue to argue with me, telling me how I am wrong..Went and got gift cards from Daily Rise instead as I will never step foot in there again do to Clint’s behavior and poor customer service.As responsible, franchise owners, I hope you realize Clint is a liability. And do what’s right to better your store for your customers..Update: Manager decided to write back on here before actually talking to me on the phone and understanding the situation.Just like Clint they both assumed I was only looking for gift cards for there location without even asking. I explained to the manager if Clint had simply said if you are only looking for this locations gift cards you will need to come back another day. However, if you are looking for other locations, I can assist you in finding those.Manger still stood strong on Clint’s side and could not seem to grasp the concept of “assuming what I wanted before asking” is what lead to a undesirable situation.Ask, help and be kind are great practices of customer service. I hope you guys get some better training on this as it will help you all become a better team and grow.

I wish they had better selection of drinks and food, and that the hours were longer. Closing at 6pm is really disappointing for all the students wanting a quiet place to study. And they usually only have 1 person on shift so the lines get long which I don't blame the employees because they are doing their best.

Demon pictures, satan pictures, this place is evil. Absolutely terrible customer service, the people that work here have zero happiness inside them. They are dead inside with no enjoyment. I watched customers get their coffee before this group of teens, then I watched a woman come in after me, get her order before mine. This place sucks…….

The coffee never disappoints, but the customer service is trash and terrible. LIN (I think that is how you spell his name) has the worst customer service. Was very rude when I ask about the espresso shot worked and after I order was criticizing of my order front of me, of how it does make sense and doesn't go well together.
Very friendly staff, willing to help me decide them to order. Great little panini press Style sandwiches. I like to drink my coffee and eat my sandwich on their outside patio. Live plants decent ambience and shade. Very comfortable for me. Will definitely be coming back

This place made my iced Americano perfectly. The temp didn't melt my ice right away, water it down and it was the perfect amount of milk. The sweet barista even asked if the color was okay before she topped it off with ice. What service. Actually tasted like coffee and not just milk. The price was even better than competitors. Sad it took me til my last day of vacation to find this place.

Baristas are usually nice, food and drinks are overall good too. Except for one barista (young woman, brown hair, tall) who always seems to hate her job and decides to give me a bad attitude every time I seem to come in. If you really hate your job that badly, just quit.
