This review was for our visit a couple months back. Food was excellent...but...very strange experience, never seen anything like it, when we arrived there was 1 other party seated. Took several minutes for someone to notice we were there, and not the host, the bartender came and seated us along with the 2 other parties that we're also waiting. Then the bartender who admitted he didn't know the menu well took our orders. Somehow we actually received our food and it was great but there was no staff around anywhere, it felt deserted, except for the other parties who had ordered but never received their meals. It honestly felt like this place was a cover for something else and there was something else going on in a back room somewhere. We never even saw a true server, we finally asked a bus girl for our check who was the only employee we had seen for 20 minutes. Crazy.

We had dinner while visiting our son who lives in Ogden. It was a great meal. We did encounter a problem getting something different than we ordered but it was taken care of promptly and we were pleased. We would definitely visit again.

If i had the option to leave 0 stars i would! We went to this restaurant for Christmas work lunch because we know the owner personally and set it up through her. It took them over an hour to get us our drinks and the liquor cabinet was locked until 1pm (one of owners had the key is what we were told) and once it was opened we had to walk up to the bar to get our drinks. While we were waiting for the liquor cabinet to be opened we tried ordering beer through our server and she didn't know any of the beer they had. She came out spelling pilsner as she had no idea what is was or how to say it. Our waitress was MIA almost the entire time! We had a party of 10 people and it took them 2.5 hours to get us our food and once we received our food it was cold and after our food was served we never got checked on to make sure the food was okay etc. One of our steaks was almost completely raw and it was supposed to be well done. The restaurant had one other small party going on when we arrived and by the time we had left the restaurant was completely empty. This was the absolute worst restaurant i have ever been to! I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy.

Terrible experience. They were short staffed but it wasn’t busy at all - maybe two other tables with guests. After an hour, the order came out wrong. No silverware until after the food came so we kept waiting. It’s mid December and they had the door open for a long time taking the outdoor heaters outside. How about heat inside! And there’s a dance studio upstairs making the lights flicker with the noisy stomping. Staff was MIA and unapologetic. Terrible experience.

First-timers at Harley and Bucks Saturday night. The service was horrible. We were a party of 4. We ordered 2 appetizers, salads and our main dishes. We sat there for at least 35 minutes before the server took our order. It was downhill from there. She brought one appetizer, then was MIA for about 15 minutes. Next she brought out one of the main dishes and one salad. We asked about the other appetizer and the rest of the salads.....she said they were coming. 30ish minutes later the rest of the courses showed up with the salads and when we were almost done eating (by now the main courses were all cold) - especially the dish that was served with the appetizer. When we were ready to leave the second appetizer showed up...Onion Rings which were flavorless and barely warm. Fortunately for us, we were with good friends, and enjoyed the conversation...the food wasn’t good and the restaurant wasn’t even very busy. No excuses for the poor service. The server was new, but I blame it all on the kitchen. We’re not sure what was going on but it wasn’t what we’d expected and hoped for and we won’t be back.

We took our office staff of 10 plus 3 visiting dignitaries out to dinner on Tues November 5, 2019. Called ahead for 13 people to arrive at 7pm.. we were pretty much ignored and finally seated at about 7:25pm. The dining experience went downhill from there. Some of the cocktails ordered did not even have ice in them and took a long time to get. We ordered appetizers, salads and soups as well as dinner. All the above came out at once cold. Not only was my Prime Rib STONE COLD but it took forever to be seated only because of a party that had plenty of staff. What was also disappointing was that we had two different waiters decide who was finally going to serve us. In addition to this the salad was wilted, my wife's chicken was more microwaved, and my friend's brisket was not seasoned or smoked as claimed in the menu. I do believe that the place has charm and whomever sang that night was pretty good. If I could I would give them 5 Stars!

I guess our first hint this place was terrible should have been that no one would answer the phone when we tried to make a reservation. When our party arrived, it took forever to get seated because the hostess kept taking guests who had arrived after us for a retirement party. It would have taken but a brief moment to get us a table and then attend to these other guests. Following that, we didn't even meet our waitress for over 15 minutes just to even get water. She left and came back another 15 minutes later. We ordered our drinks, appetizers, and entrees all at the same time because of how long we waited. Everything, including our drinks, came out incredibly slow. Food was not good at all. My husband's prime rib was stone cold, my chicken piccata tasted boiled, my friend's chicken was bone dry, and another friend's brisket sandwich was bland. The only thing positive about this place was the atmosphere and live music. That's where the one star goes! Everything else wasn't even worthy of one star. We chose this place based on good reviews, so it was disappointing to see our experience go so wrong!

Great find. Didn’t see it on trip advisor but tried it. Live jazz when we visited. The salmon I had was perfect. Large selection of beer and wine. Seems to get started after 7 on the weekend.
