Worst customer service. Got yelled at and the manager made us walk out of the building and around through a different door! We walked out and went down the street. Very very rude manager.

We normally love Harp and Hound. It’s our favorite late night take out. Tonight was a different story. The pizza was inedible. The bottom was literally coated in something so bitter you couldn’t taste anything else. I don’t know if it was a chemical/ cleaner or what you start your fire with in the pizza oven but it was disgusting. The beer cheese with the pretzel seemed like it had been sitting out and the pretzel was so hard that it literally broke like a piece of chalk. Maybe just an off night but $60 worth of food that we can’t eat is frustrating. The wings were good, though.

Went in for dinner Monday night to celebrate our anniversary and had a weird experience. The waiter called my fiancé king which was kind of odd. He brought us our food which was delicious but then never came back. He never brought us water or silverware so I couldn’t even eat half my food. He waited until my fiancé was in the bathroom to come back and expected me to pay right then and there. The food was good but don’t think I’ll go back. Not a fan of the music they played either-it was pretty obnoxious rap/pop.

We are in visiting family. We found the Harp and Hound and had jalapeno apps and PBRs. Apps phenomenal. Our server Dana was exceptional. Took my mom back two days later and service and food spot on again. Reuben was delicious! Great place, be back again.

THE WORST. We are from out of town and saw that they have a plant based menu, so we tried it. We were immediately treated at the door by a man with a Sheriff badge saying “I’m a bar.” I said excuse me bc I didn’t understand what he meant. He repeated himself, “I’m a bar.” He said it at least 20 times until we understood that he was saying the kids weren’t allowed to go in. We asked if it was a restaurant, and he repeated himself for the 21st time, “I’m a bar.” A young woman approached us from the hostess stand and says that they could make us food to go or go to a nice little place down the road called Ogden Beer Company that is owned by the same people. Use your words.
