I walked in and said "Hi" and was greeted with a very rude, "I'll be with you in a moment". Okay, no problem, I get it, they were busy. After about 10 minutes of glares from the two young ladies working they take our order. It usually takes a while for the drinks to be made, during which time I browse the books nearby. This time was no different, only today they made the drinks in record breaking time, and when they called the order, my daughter was standing there and she hears "white mocha with coconut and whatever else you ordered". She tells the young woman that she needs to grab me to pay, and she's met with a scowl and eye rolls.No big deal, whatever. But the coffee was so disgusting that we didn't even finish it.

I absolutely love hardback Cafe it's always delicious! I haven't been in years and the flavors are absolutely amazing, customer service is always phenomenal! It's the same drinks as if hastings was the same store. Would recommend trying!

The lady that did my drinks today, also wrote uplifting notes on my cups. She probably does that with everyone but little did she know the rough week I was having. She made my day when she put those tiny little notes on my cup. Thank you.

DO NOT COME HEREI’m usually not one to complain , and can be very patient however it’s nothing but bad experiences with this place ever since they hired this rude blonde girl. Takes about 20 minutes for 1 drink not to mention she can’t even keep track of your order

Used to love this place, drinks are great but who really has time to wait an hour for 3 drinks, I’ve been going there twice a day for the last couple of months spending at least 50$ a day there. But the way I was treated by Andy today, all because I said “I’ve been in this line with only 1 car ahead of me for an hour, just for my drinks to be wrong & watery” plus tipped him 10$ before this on a 20$ order he proceeds to yell at me “we’ll then stop coming here” the only time I’m ever waiting that long is when Andy is making them, the girls are great and I love the coffee here. But to be treated so wrong when I’ve been a returning customer for months and very rarely do I not tip & come twice a day. Im very disappointed. He’s very defensive when you tell him he’s slow, and nobody comes to a coffee shop to wait an hour. Im very patient & understanding and really was joking when I made the comment I did, we always joke around so thought nothing of it, but his response was uncalled for. I don’t know if I’ll return and this is my favorite coffee shop so im devastated.

We went to get a drink, all the lights were on and the open signs were up and on. The girls were hiding in the back giggling and talking. My husband made it known we were there and one of them came up and said ‘we are on lunch’ very rudely.They shouldn’t have all of the baristas on lunch at the same time. It would be one thing if they’d made it known they were taking a lunch but they didn’t.

Probably the best coffee in Ogden! I've always stuck with Starbuck but this place has really changed what I think about Starbucks.
Stoped by drive thru to get a coffe and it’s never token this long. Been waiting since 2:20 now it’s 3 PM and still waiting. So bummed. Maybe the staff changed.
