The staff was super friendly. Our waiter was very considerate to our one-year-old child. He had a hard time. She even opened his straw and gave him a drink. We are the only ones there. This is what you can eat. The experience is very interesting! The food is delicious!! Beautiful seafood, such good fruits and desserts, and all kinds of meat and vegetable sauces.

We went for our first time today and were blown away! I don’t understand why people say they don’t have many options, there was so much to choice from and it was all delicious and fresh! The price is unbeatable, the service was phenomenal (I believe our server’s name was Win) and all the food was amazing! I cannot recommend Hey, Hot Pot enough and can’t wait to go back

This place is literally so amazing. All you can eat meat, veggies, broth, appetizers and drinks. The broth is so good and fun to make your own soup. Worth every penny. Gonna have to make this a regular spot :)

We came for lunch to celebrate my partners birthday and it wasn’t bad. Spent around $40 for the two of us. The service was lovely and I appreciated that we could use the tablet to order. However, I wish they had physical menus that explained each of the broths flavors. The appetizers were super tasty (gyoza, eggroll, rice cake, etc). The selection of veggies was meh, I wish they had a larger variety. Overall it was pretty good but I don’t know if we will be back.

This is such a fun place to eat that has great food. I love that I get my own pot of broth of my choice and then I put in the meat, noodles and vegetables that I like. It's our second time and we'll definitely be back.

Definitely went for the experience after hearing so much about Hot Pots and the enjoyment of cooking it for yourself. The waitress was a doll, happy to help and guide us through the new dining opportunity. I had seen videos of huge buffets where anything goes as you build your own soups. This wasn't that. Although what they had was nice and delicious, I was disappointed by the lack of size. I suppose one shouldn't compare, yet there was a certain sadness when completing the bill. The overall atmosphere was nice but not a "knock your socks off" memory. I suppose it's why I didn't take pictures. I personally chose to put the tech away and enjoy the company I was with. It did add to the fun as we all shared our flavors and boiling experiments in front of us. Even my wife (who hates seafood) found a menu of options and enjoyed the restaurant. It felt a bit pricey for what we got but sometimes you just gotta pay the price and smile. Overall, I'll go back just for a chance to try another combination.
