This used to be a reasonable establishment. I’ve never experienced lower quality food from a diner like ever. Service wasn’t great, drinks had low syrup even after asking for new drinks. And I ordered the steak breakfast and it was purple and blue and might as well have been dog food. 0/10 don’t go here and it was stupid expensive

I ordered IHOP through Uber eats. I paid for a chicken salad with no avocado and received a chicken salad with no avocado and no chicken. I recommend going into the restaurant since they seem to have an issue at times making my order correctly. They could replace it but I don't have a car and I'm not going to pay Uber to drive me to IHOP to replace the salad that they screwed up. If anything they should pay for my Uber so I can get my replacement

I got their french toast and sampler appetizer. It was seriously the best french toast i have had in a while. The sampler was fairly good also. So were the prices. We did a date night here cuz i wanted breakfast. I had low expectations but left very happy. Ill be back for sure.

I really don't like leaving bad reviews and never had a problem at Ihop till tonight. Service from the waitress was amazing. Your manager is a condescending jerk. We ordered the cheese stick, onion ring, and chicken strip Appetizer. The strips were rock hard and tasted like chemical. Was gonna let it go because the rest was really good. Our dinners come. I ordered the California chicken club i believe it was called. No avocados on it. And the chicken looked just like the strips. Very very dark and hard. I didn't even take a bite. I asked the waitress if she knew when the oil was changed. Explained why I wouldn't even take a bite of the sandwich. Ate a fry and it was fine. She gets the manger. Right off the bat he says says "all your food was in the same oil not sure why the chicken would taste bad. And I have all the timers correct and we just changed the oil." After making us want to leave he says I can have the kitchen use grilled chicken. I was actually speechless. I wasn't mean to him so not sure why he was so defensive from that bat. I didn't even take a bite so what benefit would I gain in this? It looked like the strips so absolutely was not gonna even chance the horrible taste again. My daughter and I go at least once a month for our morning catch up and alone time. Always had amazing Service which is always great. As tonight was with out server. The way the manager made me feel tonight......no worries I know what unwelcomed means. When we paid and left not a word.

Ordered a Two egg quick breakfast, got one bacon one sausage, it's supposed to come with two of each of those, and for some reason he brought me pancakes which I didn't order and didn't want. He didn't write down the order and couldn't remember how I wanted my egg or what kind of toast I ordered. This will be the last time I eat at this IHOP.

We went on a quiet afternoon after a long drive from Utah. Our Server was kind and efficient and we had a nice meal. Very good food and service. Highly recommend this place

Britain was my server, and I haven't eaten at IHOP for over 4 years. Two weeks ago my wife and I came in and he was our server at that time as well. He brought me back to eating at IHOP. If you ever come in to the on eon 12th and Wall, ask for him you won't be disappointed.
