Foods great, but these guys are seriously understaffed. Wait time exceeds more than half hour sometimes. This night only one guy was working. Multiple times I have been here, either order was wrong, falsely charged for something else which was probably a mistake. But please take this in consideration to improve your business.

Ordered on my app and went to drive thru it was too soon (which is fine and I understand) I was told to pull to a spot and wait. I did as I was asked and in over 20 minutes no one had came over. At the 20 minute or so mark (10 past my estimated time) I pulled back to the drive thru and they had forgotten about me. The employee gave me a 2 taco coupon. I asked them if it was fresh (I wasn’t sure since I had been waiting a while) they said it’s hot because it has just been sitting under the heat this whole time. Went home it was soggy and gross. The worst location I have ever been too.
My order was only 4 tacos and a burger.

I know every Jack in the box is different but this one was not good. The order was wrong, the food was gross and soggy. Do not recommend.

I ordered a Bacon Ultimate Jack thru the app. The box and tag Said Bacon Ultimate, yet the burger in the box was a buttery smashed Jack. Not remotely close to the burger i orderd. I went back an got a new one and they took the old one for some weird reason lol. This isnt the first time its happend either. I am constantly getting the wrong order when i go there. Its been over a month since i last went because of this. Its and incredible inconvenience to drive 20min just to get the buger i oderd. TO make it worse theres 2 pices of bacon on the Bacon Ultimate. At least with wendys they give u like 5. And i dont even think you can consider this to be 2 pieces lol.
