Honestly this location is not good the people are rude and they continued to mess up our order this was today by The way the first time they brought our food out to us they messed up my drink cause The lady didn't ring it up when we paid for it then we go back and repay for it then when we go back to the car we looked at our food they didn't give us all of our meals we were missing a fry and some chicken strips then when we went back to get a refund The lady we talked to was super rude to us and was speaking to her co worker in spanish not in English so we don't know what she said just completely disrespectful we are not happy at all I would also like to add that my chicken strips were not cooked through all the way and they gave my boyfriend pancakes not French toast when he asked and paid for French toast

My breakfast sandwich had green spots in the egg. I told myself it was just green because maybe it was cooked too long and I wasn't going to say anything. Then my son's drink had a ton of dust and hair all in it so I felt that I needed to review. Hopefully you can tell from these photos. If we hadn't already left I would've taken it back.

Not the same Jack in the Box as all the others. Tacos are so different and BAD. Sauce is different and how they are made. Much more greasy than any other JIB I have ever been to. Cone on South Ogden, clean up your act.
went through the drive thru this morning. After ordering, there were two cars in front of me. I waited 15 minutes and the line did not move an inch. Even though I was 3rd in line, I got out of my car and knocked on the window to get their attention. After looking in through the window, I noticed there were multiple orders just sitting there on the table, bagged and ready to go. The person in front of the line said they were sitting there over 20 minutes with no acknowledgement. After complaining to the drive thru worker, she was rude and closed the window on me. Suddenly the food was ready and the line started moving again. They were literally sitting in there doing nothing while the food was all just sitting there getting cold. I would have just left, but the drive thru is so tight you are literally blocked in. After having to twist their arm to do their job and waiting 20 minutes, I finally got the food and it was.. inedible. Not going back. Ever.

Foods good when they decide to actually make it. You have special deals online and you would think an online order would be quicker to grab and go. You know being fast food. And a preorder they knew was coming in. Every time ordering online they take at least 30 minutes to get your food out to you. And that’s after waiting the 20 minutes they ask you to wait to make their food. As of 09/24 needing new management or employees who weren’t raised by sloths.

This place has never been a positive experience, im currently in the drive thru having waited 30min so far with only 2 cars ahead of me. Almost every time ive come through its at least a 20min wait, and after all that theyve consistently gotten parts of the order wrong. I figured there wouldve been better training by now but its just as bad as when it opened.
