I had ordered loaded tiny tacos and they didn’t give me what I asked for they gave me just the tacos when I had asked for the loaded, I was the only person there around 5:45pm, this jack in the box sucks. The workers need to get it together and give people their correct food.

Would be nice to just cancel orders after ypu spend to much on food. Was of your time.and money in the Ogden location. Get McDonald's or a pack of noodles. Your better off.

First I pulled up at about 4:00 in the morning. Ordered the loaded breakfast. The menu magically malfunctioned and shut down. I was told I would have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to come back through. I tried again after 5 minutes and they took my order. When I was told to pull around to the front and get out of the drive-thru when no one else was behind me waited another 10 minutes. When I received my order the only thing that was actually hot was the Patty itself in the burger and the hash browns. The eggs the bacon the cheese the bread was all cold. This is the last time I'm coming through Jack in the box it's been disappointing every single time!

This is a drive through location. We learned that by opening an unlocked door into the kitchen. Just go though the drive through haha
This isn't a review about the quality of the food. The service at this location is atrocious, and you should avoid it at all costs. They will forget to include items, call you a liar to your face when you ask to have it corrected, and tell you to not order that again as if you're doing something wrong by giving them money to perform the function of their business. This lot was better as an empty patch of dirt.

The service is one of the worse from all the jack in the box i've visited. The staff is extremelly slow, the food in terrible looking and taste, and they just leave the people outside waiting without even a single person going to yhe register to take any order, is almost like dealing with an empty local waiting for nothing. Waste of time and money for customers and people who does deliveries
