The employees are so fun and playful and kind, they really make me feel at home. It would be so much more boring if they weren't the amazing, funny, and spirited teenagers they are. If the employees could no longer be having fun at work, the food isn't good enough to warrant the price, so I would go somewhere else. But because they keep the job fun, the teenagers stay on for less pay than they're worth and employees and customers alike have fun. Remember to listen to the customers that come 3 times a week, not the ones who are mad that they are busy. The service is amazing, even when they are super busy. The food is good and they work really hard. It would be a shame for the employees to quit if Jake's became a boring, underpaying, overcharging workplace.

Yummy food and amazing shakes! Only drive thru right now so not the easiest place if looking for somewhere to sit down.

Their burgers are bussin. Some of tye best I've had! The fries are not even mid, though. Unfourtunate. Just get a burger and drink, then go to McDonalds for some fries, haha. Great shakes, though! Good staff, too.

Amazing flavor thru the entire shake. Ample serving sizes and a speedy delivery. This is mine and my daughter's ice cream spot moving forward in life.Kid-friendliness: They have a Jr option for there shakes definitely recommend. The regulars are huge lol

Absolutely a delight! Jr Jake burger had bacon that crunched. Had meat that actually tasted like it was on a grill. The onion rings were fried perfectly. They have Pepsi! INSTEAD OF BITTER Coke. And the smiles gave me sunshine on a rainy day

Service has gone down, especially the PM shift kids, but I still love this place. The banana split is to die for! & don’t forget the happy meal, it comes in the coolest little hot rod car box.

Chicken always over or under cooked and always messes up cheese fries just in general disappointing food quality ice is the only good part, also what is on my chicken

Love love love this place. Such simple food but everything was so delicious. Honestly, best onion rings I have ever eaten. And the French fries with cheese were so good. I only wish the dipped cone was dipped a little thicker because it fell apart pretty fast... but it was still amazing.

Awesome place! Super good food. We got their kids meals and they come in this adorable cardboard car! Their fresh raspberry over the top milkshake was absolutely incredible. So fun!

I love this place. I would recommend it. I came here to buy a Freeze. I was able to buy one that is diary free, but wish they had more flavors. Maybe in the future. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. Thank You for your service!!!!

I love Jakes, but I highly recommend ordering in small orders. My family did a larger order, mostly some milkshakes, and all of them were vanilla. No flavor or what we ordered at all. I understand it gets busy but I really hyped up Jakes to my family and they were all disappointed from this time around. When we’ve went through before with just my husband and I they’ve always been great. Just don’t have a large order maybe?

I used to come here all the time and never had problems , but the past few times have been so disappointing. Don’t expect them to put extra cheese or sauce even if you pay for them. Same with the chicken strips burnt to a crisp everytime. Only get ice cream if you don’t want to be disappointed.

The first time I finally went to this non-franchised (?), mom-and-pop kind of feel place for a shake, it was amazing and quite delicious (reg. sized Banana strawberry). The second time I ordered the "junior" size - and I received the shake in a floppy cup and everything was spilling all over. The bananas in the cup were never really even cut up, not to mentioned stirred and remained huge chunks that could easily suffocate a "junior". As kids usually have not as much experience or expectations, the inattention to a regular sized versus a junior sized portion may need some serious consideration.Hint to the owner/manager; if you think min. pay (or even $9-12/hour) for frontline workers is competitive pay, maybe it's time to concentrate only on family members or borrowed kids from the church or the 'plantation'.

Lines are horrendous to just get a shake. Owners haven't figured out that life is back to normal everywhere else. Big lame Drive Thru Only sign.
