I ordered a waffle bowl through door dash at this location. I never altered my order but I somehow got a waffle bowl without the coconut whip?? I even checked my order and I did not ask for no coconut whip. If you are out of product, let your customers know. It’s unacceptable to spend the money I did and not get what I ordered. Do better.

Slowest Jamba on planet earth
This was my first time ever having Jamba. I was so depressed coming from the South and missing smoothie king 😔. Then I saw this place, and my body was getting pulled to the drive-through.
After getting the white gummybear, I started to levitate. The only thing that sucked was that you can't fully customize. Like if I want just banana, mango, and some kind of juice, they can't do it ):
Still loved it
Tastes watered down and like they didn’t even care to make it correctly. 2nd time they did this!
Worst experience ever
Unfortunately they were Understaffed, which I could understand, yet the younger skinny dude was not working well under pressure. He poured our drinks back into the blender two different times and still gave us our 3 drinks with more than 2 inches of space missing / not full to the top- we had ordered here 3 times in the last 2 weeks and each time our order was made correct & filled to the top, this time was totally chaos, I went to jamba to get a drink to treat myself & my family - I left feeling more exxtra stress than when I came. Will never be returning - yall need more staff & better customer service
Employees were so nice! Maya helped me find the obscure menu item I was looking for.
Not too sweet! Yummy!

Went into Jamba Juice in Riverdale today to try a Matcha Gotcha drink, since I wanted to see how their matcha tasted. Paid $8 for a medium drink and left for home. Halfway to home, I tasted my drink and it tasted like hand sanitizer. I’ve never been so disgusted and disappointed by a matcha drink, let alone from Jamba Juice. I tried stirring in vanilla syrup and heavy whipping cream, but it was like they mixed straight sanitizer in with my drink!

I just ordered from this location through their delivery service on the website and had left a note saying to bring it up to my apartment because I just had surgery yesterday and instead they left it downstairs so my security guard had to bring it up for me and leave his post. I then opened the bag and saw that they didn’t give me any straws when I had ordered two drinks. Like I said I just had face surgery and I can’t really drink without a straw so I called to see if there was anything they could do and first they hung up on me so I had to call again and I told the employee my situation and he was really rude and apathetic to me and said he couldn’t do anything about it. I went ahead and told my husband and he called them and had an even worse interaction with them. The general manager was very rude and hung up on him after arguing back and forth so my husband called them back and asked for the owners number since that wasn’t going anywhere and he got immediately put on hold and was left there for a long time with no resolution so he called a third time after waiting on hold and they said they would no longer answer him and blocked his calls. All over a straw. I can’t enjoy my drinks now and am very disappointed in the lack of tact. I just needed a straw because I can’t open my mouth much without ripping my stitches so for them to be so apathetic and to not really care it crazy. If you sell drink I think it’s kind of understandable to want a straw for that drink and it didn’t need to turn into a whole mess.

Had a mistake with the order and when calling to correct it the general manager would only question why it was their problem. I asked for a refund and was attempting to get the owners contact when I was hung up on and then put on hold when I called back and told they wouldn’t accept my calls any longer. My wife, who just had surgery and can’t specifically consume things normally, had placed the order and called originally only to have the same interaction with the same general manager. If I wasn’t a man I don’t think we would have gotten any solution. 0/5 would not recommend. Shame

Way pricey, but reasonable considering you're getting a bucket of blended fruit?

Second time going to this Jamba ordered a strawberry blueberry bowl each time, and I usually go to the Riverdale one, but happened to be in the area on both occasions. The portion size is terrible for an $11 bowl of fruit and some yogurt, the bowl wasn’t even filled up halfway and toppings (granola) were missing both times! I provided a review with feedback and had a store employee email telling me the portion size was correct and that they don’t fill their bowls up all the way. The Jamba in Riverdale most certainly does and here is an example of what the correct portion size is for these bowls. Go to Riverdale and make the extra drive service is better and the portions are as they are supposed to be, this place is skimpy and must train their employees to skimp people.*Photo pictured is serving portion from Riverdale location showing the proper portion size.
