Second time going to this Jamba ordered a strawberry blueberry bowl each time, and I usually go to the Riverdale one, but happened to be in the area on both occasions. The portion size is terrible for an $11 bowl of fruit and some yogurt, the bowl wasn’t even filled up halfway and toppings (granola) were missing both times! I provided a review with feedback and had a store employee email telling me the portion size was correct and that they don’t fill their bowls up all the way. The Jamba in Riverdale most certainly does and here is an example of what the correct portion size is for these bowls. Go to Riverdale and make the extra drive service is better and the portions are as they are supposed to be, this place is skimpy and must train their employees to skimp people.*Photo pictured is serving portion from Riverdale location showing the proper portion size.

This was our first time at this Jamba. It's been a VERY long time since my husband I have had Jba juice. The new location is cozy and quaint. The menu has changed and it is easy to find what you want. YUMMY!!!

I ordered a large gotcha matcha. The entire cup was filled with ice and I got maybe 1 cup of matcha in the entire drink, I paid over $7 for it. Super disappointed.

Arrived in the drive thru 5 min before closing at 2100, no one answered so I went inside where I was seen by a man who ran into the kitchen and waited 3 minutes until he came back out and said he can’t make a smoothie due to everything already being closed. Poor customer service.

Dorian was horrible. His attitude and customer service were very negative, he was annoyed and unhelpful. He charged the wrong amount and refused the fix it, and then the smoothie was terrible. I will never be back to this location.
