Javier's has the best Mexican-American food in Utah. The people are fantastic. They are happy to help with anything you need. I have always recieved top notch customer service. You can customize your food to meet most food restrictions or preferences. They offer takeout, if you prefer to take it home. It feels very authentic to me, but I have never actually been to Mexico. Though I would like to change that in the future.

I love 7th street javiers so much me and my boyfriend will go almost every weekend. Everyone is so sweet and so amazing. The food is always amazing! Today I had an experience I was confused about. I ordered the beef chimmy and the first bite was really good but everytime I would get some cheese it tasted like mold. My moms chimmy tasted the same as well. I was shocked that it tasted like that I've never had it taste like that before it was just a bummer not getting the great taste I usually get. The cheese should he checked. Or something else cause it was a strong mold taste. Kinda made me lose my appetite. I do love this place. Just a little disappointed this time.

If you like American Mexican food it's not too bad of a place.. I will say this, their restaurant on 7th. & Washington has much better tasting food than their restaurant down on wall, for some reason..The service was good our waitress was just there to do her job & wasn't the friendliest waitress I've had before.. My biggest issue with this place was they are not willing to make any exceptions for you regarding the menu, for instance I just wanted 1 taco & 2 of their rolled tacos (I can't remember exactly what they were called) but our waitress was straight up no the order of the rolled tacos or whatever they were called only comes in I think she had said 4 & 6 or I could get their appetizer ones that were basically the genetic version of the rolled tacos (again or whatever they were called) they were half's & there were I think 12 that came on the appetizer plate w/no toppings those were my only choices I was like you can't just charge me half for the 2 rolled tacos, she again said no so that's my only issue I don't see why they couldn't do that but I don't own a restaurant although I have had many restaurants do what ever they can to accommodate you..The atmosphere was Mexican It seemed like it was pretty clean.Family friendly or if you are dining alone either one is a good place to enjoy some they call it authentic mexican I call it American mexican food.. for got to take photos hopefully I'll remember on my next visit

We have been a fan of the food and owner for years my father in law started going to Javiers back when there was only the 1 little restaurant just below wall on like 22nd St in Ogden. They never disappoint.

I ordered Beef Fajitas through the drive-through, and this all you get + some chips for $20. You can literally get so much more food and better quality for less money in other places. Maybe it’s different if you’re inside. Not planning on spending that amount money again for so little
