You can tell when there's no MEXICAN eating in there.. just serving the fake Mexican food...
Mexican people knows the real flavor of the homemade food... this place is a joke.. all food is coming out of the can.. that's the reason there's no Mexican eating there...

Delicious food at reasonable prices. I always judge a Mexican place by their Chile Verde…they nailed it!

Very good food!!! I usually get the two Chile Verde burritos. They are delicious!! The service is extremely fast and the staff is great!

Somehow underseasoned and too salty all at once and the salsa tastes like cheap marinara.

Sorry but not to be mean.. or anything. . But this is not a authentic food at all.. if you don't have pozole,menudo, mole, tostadas. Carnitas..birria.. . in your menu then it's not authentic.. rancho markets has a lot more better selection of real mexican food..so 33 years in the business ?? Its more of a Mexican American food.. ?? Service was beautiful.. but not the real authentic Mexican.. hopefully owner gets to read this..

Javier's is always a great treat! I love the Carne Asada Steak and my husband loves the Chimichunga. And ALWAYS get yourself some icecream nachos, they are to die for! The staff is always amazing and friendly. I've never had a bad experience at Javier's, it truly is some of the best food in Ogden!

Kid-friendliness: The staff is always great with our daughter and the kids meals are great for picky little ones. Also, ice cream nachos are a great potty training motivation in our house!

The atmosphere was really cute and authentic. The waitress was really friendly and nice. The food was seriously amazing and they were very conscious and accommodating of me having a dairy allergy. I will definitely go back. If you want an authentic Mexican restaurant with homemade food, definitely check it out.
