I’ve only been able to order 2 times out of the 6 I’ve been here.. you end up sitting at a drive thru with no response, goto the window and they won’t come to window…. I don’t know why I even try anymore. Never come here!! I won’t ever be back!! Wasted 10min of my 30min lunch try to get someone to talk to me!

I am updating this review. I followed the link that was commented and sent them the situation and without further action they had delivered me a brand new sandwich to make up for it, truly great accountability and service shown so thank you! I may have been slightly hangry and upset during my original review haha.
Old review: Used delivery, insanely slow service. Ordered the Club LuLu which comes with bacon and turkey, opened it up to find NO turkey or bacon. Just a tomato, lettuce, cheese and mayo sandwich. Great waste of money.

First and last time I'm coming to Jimmy John's. Bought three sandwiches they mixed them up after I ordered them separate. When I came back in to make it right all the manager said was "would you like some tomatoes?" I was very kind and courteous but the response I got was not the same. The Sandwich in picture is a turkey tom. Do yourself a favor and skip this Jimmy John's. Also, eagerly waiting for the response saying 'We're sorry for your experience at Jimmy John's" yada yada yada

I work near this location and often come here for lunch. I went through the drive through and Shaylee was such a sweetheart. I was able to order super quick. I get up to the window and one of the other employees (didn’t get her name but she was wearing booty shorts this day) was standing at the window leaning over the counter talking on her phone. When she opens the doors she just stares at me with a dirty look on her face. I tell her what I had ordered and she rudely says “are you placing an order right now?” I told no, I just ordered it at the speaker. She had no clue I had just placed an order. Then she tells me the price and I tell her I am using Apple Pay. She then tells me “we can’t bring your phone in here” to which I replied, they do this for me all the time. I never give them my actual card they just have always used my Apple Pay. Then she told me it’s because it’s a liability. I get that. And I’m not mad about it but she needs to fix her attitude. And then her long fake nails 🤢 I’m not sure how those are allowed in the food industry. She was very unprofessional and rude. Shaylee was the one who ended up hading me my order and she was a delight.

Had to literally wait an HOUR for my sandwhich to be delivered. They didn’t care to compensate or refund for tipping the delivery driver taking this long to deliver my food. Ridiculous. Do not order from this location! You’ll never get your food. Plus customer service was a joke there.
