The workers there are not friendly I wait about forever to get my food

The food here is great, but the delivery is an absolute joke and management clearly does not care. This is the sixth time my order has been delivered to the business across the street instead of my house, despite clear delivery instructions that describe my home and state that it is a house. I tip well and have repeatedly spoken with the manager, who assures me it “won’t happen again,” yet nothing changes and the same mistake keeps happening. Every time this happens, the manager confirms my address and delivery notes are correct, and sure enough the order still ends up at the auto body shop across the street. That shop looks nothing like a house, so there is no excuse for confusing the two, especially when the notes spell it out. At this point it is obvious that management has done nothing to fix the problem or train the delivery staff. If the drivers cannot tell the difference between a home and a business or use a basic maps app, they should not be delivering food, period.

Every time I order (online) my sandwich is at my door sometimes 10 minutes after my order confirmation email hits. Longest wait was 30 mins. Love this place.

Been going to this Jimmy John's for years. They used to have the fastest service and the friendliest crew. But now they have the unfriendliest people working there, they act like it's an inconvenience you ordered a sandwich and they don't listen to what you want on your sandwich. It's the last time I will go into this Jimmy John's!

Sat at the drive thru window for a good 10-15 minutes. Several employees saw me, but nobody approached. Finally an employee returned from a delivery and approached me, asked if I had an order, then handed me my order that was already ready. Why aren't the other employees working? (This happens pretty consistently). Then I get home, and I am missing two bags of chips with my order. I really don't like paying $20 for cold fast food sandwiches to then have $4 of it missing.

Everybody gets two stars until we can start to afford to live again
No more delivery drivers, so freaky fast is 45 minutes through Uber eats, this includes explaining your location to the driver who was extremely lost. Food was good, I'm pretty sure the tip didn't get to the driver as intended.

Not a fast Jimmy Johns. Sat in drivethrough ready to order for more than 20 min. Worker said the were busy inside, so maybe that would have been faster. Ended up leaving.
