Absolutely terrible service. We ordered and paid , then sat in line for 46 minutes in the drive through. We kept knocking on the window and they would look back and ignore us. Finally someone came and said they were trying to finish a huge catering order and hadn’t even started our order!! They said it would be 3 mins to make the sandwiches but would not give our money back. 10 more minutes and they give a a free brownie and cookie. Are you kidding me! We waited a total of 56 mins for 2 sandwiches. Insane. We will never come back to this location.

OKAY COBY you work at a jimmy johns you4 job is no hard at all the job is easy and you cant make an order right the order wasnt even complicated all i asked for green pepers not jalapeños its not hard to know the difference and you cant even cut the sandwich ??? And on top of that your rude like what do you have going on that you havw to take it out on other people you messed up the sandwich you cant cut the sandwich your rude i dont think this line pf work is for you. Your attitude needs to be fixed AINT NO WAY IM PAYING 15 FOR A SANDWICH AND im getting my sandwich you cant even tell what the difference between jalapeños ans green pepers ???? We ordered over $300 in sandwiches to be delivered at 3:30 pm. We placed the order almost 2 weeks in advance and pre-paid. They never arrived until 4:30 pm on the day we asked for. When they weren’t here at 3:40, we called and we told the driver just left with them (we are less than 10 minutes away from the store). We called again at 4:00 and were told the same thing. They finally show up at 4:30-after our group was gone-with our order. I have tried at least 10 times to talk to the manager and keep getting some excuse why he isn’t available. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We will never use Jimmy John’s again!!!! The only reason they get 1 star is because I can’t give anything lower.

Unfortunately I had ordered online and already paid, so I couldn't just leave. The food is good though. I always customize the Vito and they've always gotten it right.
