I haven't even got home to eat my food yet so this review is for the service alone. Mitchell is a top notch employee who definitely deserves the recognition. He was very knowledgeable & kind, which is hard to come across these days. I came in really wanting sprouts on my sandwich, & it's been a few years but I remember Jimmy John's being my favorite for the sprouts. Mitchell informed me they no longer serve sprouts at that location, but also told me a location within an hours drive that should still have them. He was patient with my questions on the sandwiches, even though the menu stated plain as day what was on each sandwich. He was also the only employee, still busted his butt to make our sandwiches, while keeping pleasant conversation. Can't wait to get home & eat! Thank you Mitchell for making our night! ?Jimmy Johns- bring back the sprouts please!

Ordered delivery once again from Jimmy John's today, only problem was that they forgot my drink. Everything else in my order was great though and when I called the store to ask about my drink they were very kind and understanding. They quickly delivered the drink and even gave me 2 extra brownies. It was very considerate of them and I appreciate them going out of their way to make a second trip just for 1 drink. Also every time I have gone to the store (I always use the drive through) they have always been very fast in preparing my order and always are very friendly. 100% would recommend Jimmy John's ^^

I really like Jimmy John's, but the last couple of times I have tried to go there, the dine in lobby has been closed. I primarily dine in, so I guess I won't be going there anymore. Sad state of things that they are only partially open anymore.

I visit this location a lot! My go to is to order online and go through the drive through to pick up. It's super convenient and the line moves quick. If you visit Jimmy Johns a lot download their loyalty app for freebies by earning rewards. Love the jalapeno chips and the JJBLT is my absolute favorite.Friendly employees and quick service.

We ordered delivery and it was delivered to the wrong building. When I asked which door it was left at they said the front door. I asked if it was dropped of at the right building and they didn't respond. We had to go hunt down our food because they didn't even tell us where it was dropped off. When we finally got the food the order was wrong. One of us had gotten a lettuce wrap when it wasn't supposed to be and the other got mayo on it when they asked for no mayo. They get really sick from it and there was a ton of mayo on both side of the sandwich. When I called the store to see if we could get the right food they just said they "didnt put any mayo on it" and"we just closed so what do you us to do about it" and never fixed our order.
