“They had the inside portion closed due to staffing issues. Only drive thru. There was three staff and a constant line of cars. I ordered 18 large smoothies. Yet, the line moved quickly. The staff was professional. They forgot to give me some of my drinks but hey, I ordered 18! When I asked about it, they unlocked the doors, brought me in and finished the final 8. All I wanted to do was help them. I even asked if I could help. I forced the issue by restocking the straws, putting lids on my drinks, and bagging the drinks. During all of it, we all stayed very pleasant. The drinks were perfect. Our home freezer is now stocked.

A word for the owners. Figure it out! These kids showed up. I don't know what's happening outside of people don't seem to want to work these days...I have a brick and mortar business as well. I get it. I also get that it's our responsibility as owners to treat the people who keep our business alive some respect. What I witnessed wasn't respectful to them at all. I can only hope on the backside they are receiving raises and bonuses but most of all better recruiting. Pretty sure you're killing their tips.“
