This is my 3rd time coming here to try this place. There is never anyone there to take my order. The sign says they'll be back in 15 minutes. Today I had a little time to wait so I did. I waited over 30 minutes and there still wasn't anyone there to take my order. Maybe you should get employees that stick around to take and fill orders otherwise it's useless to even exist.

I got a mango peach sherbet smoothie. I was expecting it to be chunky but to my surprise, it was smooth and blended well. I would come back here. The service was fast. Good job 👏🏼

I love this place. I used to get smoothies from here and recommended it to everyone. The quality you get for the price is amazing. Having said this; recently it has been almost impossible to find them in service. I have come into the mall when they are supposed to have all stalls open and they were not there so gave them the benefit of the doubt and went to get stuff from other stores and window shop for over an hour came back and still no one. Come out different times during other days and have had them there some and others they have a sign up saying be back shortly. Waiting when that sign is up is a toss of the dice sometimes they come back right away others waiting for what feels like an hour. I will still support this store but I really hope they are able to start figuring out how to get their act together or I fear it will go under.
3/24/24 today I bought an ice cream cup from here, I got the pineapple shorbert. I didnt noticed till I got home that the ice cream was expired the pineapple pieces tasted bad, had lumps and the texture of it was like elastic not sure how to word it but it was expired.check your products before selling it

Didn't even get to order the night of 9/20/23 everything was on but nobody was there around 6:50pm - 7:45 pm no signs saying they would be back or anything when the girl got there she said they were closed at 7:50pm kinda upsetting ?

The staff is amazing!best milkshake ever.I come everyday to get my shake.
Showed up at 11 AM and they were closed :( no one was behind the counter and all the lights were off. It says they open at 10 AM so not sure what happened here...

Two kids were working the counter they left to shop at the mall. They came back to see a line of people waiting to get ice cream, and the two kids were just standing there not wanting to open back up to give ice cream. Asked for the manager or someone and the teenage girl said she was the owner. She was very rude. Wish I could give ZERO stars.

My wife and I got a bananas and cream smoothie/shake and it was AMAZING. Easily better than Jamba Juice and other competitors. The service was quick. Prices are reasonable.
