Jessie is the reason for 5 Stars ? He's absolutely amazing and he never messed up our order. He's got A+ customer service. While it's hit or miss on the food quality,you always get great service with a big smile. Now get your cook to put more than 2 chicken pieces in the Famous Bowl and I'll be really happy..

We usually enjoy the 8 piece bucket of chicken we get here quite often, but they should be embarrassed by selling us the order in the photo below from last night. Tiniest chicken legs I've ever seen. I wouldn't have a complaint if one leg was like this, but every leg was miniature. If this is some cost saving/screw the customer measure by KFC I won't be back if it continues.
