Worst did ever. Went to the store on 12th Street in Ogden Utah. Got 5 chicken wings, and they were so overdone and crispy that I could not even bite through some of the breaded skin layer. Had to peel most of the crispy skin off and then the chicken meat was dry and tough. My biscuit was shoved into the box and was smashed flat and falling apart. The mashed potatoes were only half full and hardly any gravy. This was for lunch, so it wasn't like it was the end of the day, and taking what was still left for the day. Will never go to the 12th Street store again (only 10 minutes from my house), but may try Riverdale or Brigham City stores that are 20-30 minutes away from my house to see if service and did is better. Was not worth the $13 I paid.

Me and my family love chicken but the 12th Street Ogden location absolutely was so far below expectations, 1 star is too much. We will NEVER return. I went through drive thru to bring dinner to my fiancé at work, only to find chicken so tough & obviously old we couldn't consume them! The fries were so cold and chewy we couldn't eat them at all. I would love to give proof of my purchase but was not given a receipt. I suggest you work on these issues or you'll lose all your business eventually. Nobody I know personally will eat at this location. Good luck.

They sell chicken here, if you give them enough money. Popeye's Chicken is usually less than half the cost of the chicken I usually buy, and the pieces are usually bigger, fresher, and better tasting.

Went there Sunday night about 10pm ordered a eight piece extra crispy family meal. First off they only had 3 biscuits so they offered to replace with a small side. Got a small side of the mac and cheese. We get to the window customer service wasn't bad. We go park somewhere to eat and start pulling out the food. We got and extra thing of gravy and they have us large side of Mac and cheese instead of a small. No complaints on that end. We started to eat the chicken noticed we had a couple of extra pieces not complaining there. But the chicken seemed like it had been sitting for a minute was kinda dry. And the breading didn't taste the greatest. Well we got done eating and about 5-10 minutes later my stomach started to hurt I thought maybe I had just eaten too much. So I gave it a few more minutes started to get a slight headache. Well then on the drive home I started to not feel good like I started to get lightheaded and feeling clamey and like something wasn't right. Get home go to use the restroom and not even 2 minutes in there I started to feel like I was gonna throw up and bout a minute later my entire dinner came up. And about 5 hours later my boyfriend threw up too. Never going there again after getting food poisoning. Don't recommend eating here unless you want food poisoning casue something was not cooked right or sat out too long.

On 10/03/25 at 10:06 pm I went to the drive through at this location and ordered a family meal with potato wedges and mashed potatoes as the side. I was told by the young lady that they couldn’t make potato wedges because they were closing. I checked the hours and this location doesn’t close until 11 pm. Long story short these employees refused to do something that would’ve taken 10 minutes max when they were a whole 45 minutes to closing. Go here if you want lazy and half assed service.

Came in today and spent money on food I didn’t need just to be treated like a joke by the employees where they gave me what looks like half eaten chicken and coleslaw I didn’t order. Not surprised if they spit in my drink atp. Absolutely gross behavior from this location. Won’t be going back to this one that’s for sure. If you don’t care if someone has food allergies why are you working with food?
