First off I love KFC. But I haven’t been to the riverdale location in a very long time . My sister and I met up there for lunch. The moment you walk in. There was no one eating inside. There was five people waiting in line just to order. We all waited in line for 17 mins before the first person in line gave up and walked out. Mind you they was already in line before I got there so who knows how long they waited for. But there was only few cars in drive through. And the three workers prioritized the drive through due to they was being timed. And since the dinning room is not timed we all waited. Never had I have to wait 21 mins just to order my food. Then we sat down. All the tables was messy and most had gravy and some kinda sauce smeared on them. By the time we got our food are chicken tenders was not filled cooked. But before we got our food we watched few people from drive through and pick up orders bring there food back due to missing or under cooked chicken. I personally didn’t bother to tell them of my order cause there was a line from others who came back. And the works was ignoring anyone inside cause drive through was more important for that fast time. So the moral of my visit today is very clear we won’t be coming back to KFC on riverdale road. Service is so bad if your dinning in you might as well talk to the wall . So if you want kfc I would totally not come to this one. It’s a joke.

Why be open if you have NO chicken available? Ordered online and they processed and said ready for pickup but then can't make the order? You can't cancel the order online if it's been processed, so we had to talk to an agent for 20 minutes to get a refund. Employee was no help either. This place is always a disaster.

I made an online order and it said that it would be ready in 5-15 minutes. This is at 6:30 PM. I drive to the restaurant, get there around 6:35 and am the only one in line. They greet me and tell me that my order is being made. 25 minutes later I am still waiting. I was standing in their view the entire time. I finally ask what's going on and they treat me like I just got there. Had no I idea that I had been there for nearly a half-hour. Wow. I told them that I had been waiting 25 minutes for my order. I think it was the manager, but she gave me a bs excuse that "it had been stolen". Wait what? I am inside your store and no food ever made it my way. To add to that, three guys, who could be barely speak english, come in and get there grubhub/doordash/uber eats orders 10-15 minutes after I have been there! Insane! I was simply told "sorry" and that was it. My wife was waiting outside in my vehicle and now I just wasted 40 minutes of fuel. I finally get my food and decide to type up this review in my truck. While I was doing that, my wife discovered that they messed up my order! I ordered a 5 piece and they give me 3. (Face palm) Seriously? I then pulled up to their drive-thru and right away I get some service. Crazy. I was just in their store and still got treated like they had no idea who in the world I was! I tell them that they messed up my order, even after making me wait for nearly a half-hour, and ask for a receipt. They didn't give me that either. I had to pull up my order on my phone! The lady at the drive thru gave me an extra piece of chicken to make up for their error. Thanks? Either the workers are incompetent, lazy, just really poor at their job, or all the above. I will not be visiting this KFC anytime soon and will spread the about their outrageously poor customer service. Do better.

I love KFC chicken but I hate the service. I went in and ordered 5 PCs of original chicken, two biscuits and one Cole slaw. She said they couldn't do that. She could give me a 4 piece with one biscuit and a Cole slaw. She said she could give me an extra piece of chicken as an extra for an extra $3.
Why in the heck can't they do a custom order? I guess it's because the computer won't allow it.
I'm done with them.

As a fast food worker myself i was just embarrassed for them, it's such easy and simple work they must really hate their lives to produce such a poor work ethic and mediocre food. That or they are just utterly incompetent
