Been sitting in the lobby for damn near a hour waiting for our food this is unacceptable! It needs to change I've watch multiple family's order after us and receive their food before us. Including a family order after us and eat and leave before I have received my food.

Went to this location of KFC to grab dinner for my family. I want to emphasize that the young lady I talked to on the drive through was amazing, she was very respectful and kind. But the food I ordered was horrible, I was given original instead of extra crispy. The chicken was very old and just filled with grease, the fries were old as well and cold and the pepsi was bland.

I had all but given up on KFC? I have 2 local locations near me that I refuse to go to! Always ended up getting sick and wasn't happy at all with quality. (Very greasy!) I talked myself in to going to a further location. Glad I did. The only thing I have negative to say is that I ended up getting grease on my hands and tried to open butter spread and honey. Not happening! Totally my fault! Im not blaming them for that. I mean good fried chicken is going to be greasy? Unless of course you air fry it? 😒 no thanks?

Ordered a $40 family meal. The chicken was good. The drive thru gave us the wrong sides and shorted us a side. The mashed potatoes and gravy side that they did give me, was barely half full as well.
