You have to hand it to them, placing the pastry case right by the line is a great way to prep you for lunch. It’s nearly impossible not to grab something sweet. Their sandwich, soup, and salad options are solid, with fresh veggies, real meats, and awesome bread. I especially enjoy the real turkey and chicken salad sandwiches, and the bread bowl soups are always a fun choice. The popular items like cinnamon rolls can sell out, so it’s smart to come early. They also offer some breakfast items all day if that’s your thing. They also have kids meals for the little ones.

Love Kneaders but will absolutely never go to the Ogden location!! I had the pleasure dealing with Tim (The General Manager) and to say the least he is the worst!! His customer service needs a lot of practice. Maybe, Tim needs to stay behind the desk and do the paper work only. If you have a pleasure meeting Tim I hope your experience with him is a lot better than my experience. His attitude completely sucks!! Btw the food is great. The review is the experience I had with Tim alone.

A quart of soup with a piece of bread came to $21.00 I will NEVER return. GREED is at the heart of this organization. The employee tossed a plastic bag of chicken soup across the counter and I watched as they emptied it into the pot. Soup at the OLD GRIST MILL IN OGDEN IS HOMEMADE AND HALF THE PRICE. BUYER BEWARE.

Their desserts are always so delicious and fresh at this location. I had the fruit tart today and was in heaven :)

The last few times I have been there they have given me the wrong items!

Just got 4 sandwiches delivered - I threw them all away. Put stickers on your containers/bags - the fact you don’t know or care that delivery drivers mess with people’s food is just negligent on your part.

We loved the twice baked almond croissant and cinnamon rolls. The Hazelnut multi grain bread was so good as a sample that we bought a loaf to bring to our vacation rental. We made sure to stop in on our way back to Salt Lake City for our flight home. We'll be sure to come back the next time we come back.

It had kind of a coffee shop and bakery vibe. They had a wrapping station for packages and I ended up buying a almond croissant and a soup of sweet bread. It was really good. I tried any Claire and a tart today. I haven't eaten the tart, but the eclair is fairly good.

Ordered the berry pecan salad for the first time just to go home and realize there weren’t any pecans on it. I thought this was just a mistake, so I went back the next day to try again. This time I had to double check my order myself before driving off. Still no pecans. I informed the cashier that the salad doesn’t have pecans. He told me they don’t have any. Why serve an item from the menu if you don’t have the main ingredient? At least inform the person so they know what they’re actually getting. Also walked away from this order to see “no bread” was added to my receipt, but they didn’t even ask me if I wanted any. The salad comes with bread! Lol. Not a good experience. :( But the food is still good.

I posted years ago, and about once a year I try to go back and see if it's improved. Just went to Kneaders for lunch, and was really disappointed. I ordered soup with bread and the server said they were all out of butter, which feels a little weird for a place that serves bread with almost every meal. On our way out, I saw another worker loading up the butter. They weren't out, this one worker just hadn't wanted to check it. That was really disappointing, and frustrating. My dad ordered a French dip, and halfway through we found a hair in the bread. They replaced his sandwich, but by that point my appetite was completely gone. There was one worker, a guy probably in his forties that was really on top of things and was very helpful and tried to make it right for us, but it just had so many problems for a place that charges about 15-20 for lunch.

It's insulting how long I have to wait for an order you should have started 10 minutes ago.
Update: Your service may have gotten worse! (delivery drivers can leave reviews, too).

Literally the slowest place ever, you order pastries that are sitting in a case and they make you wait 20 minutes to hand them to you.
