I posted years ago, and about once a year I try to go back and see if it's improved. Just went to Kneaders for lunch, and was really disappointed. I ordered soup with bread and the server said they were all out of butter, which feels a little weird for a place that serves bread with almost every meal. On our way out, I saw another worker loading up the butter. They weren't out, this one worker just hadn't wanted to check it. That was really disappointing, and frustrating. My dad ordered a French dip, and halfway through we found a hair in the bread. They replaced his sandwich, but by that point my appetite was completely gone. There was one worker, a guy probably in his forties that was really on top of things and was very helpful and tried to make it right for us, but it just had so many problems for a place that charges about 15-20 for lunch.

It's insulting how long I have to wait for an order you should have started 10 minutes ago.
Update: Your service may have gotten worse! (delivery drivers can leave reviews, too).

Literally the slowest place ever, you order pastries that are sitting in a case and they make you wait 20 minutes to hand them to you.

Got the avocado turkey sandwich (with recommended bread) which was so big!!! And broccoli Cheddar soup. Paid a little over $17 (which is crazy... but I split it with my BUA and it was the perfect amount).

The sandwich was very mid and the bread wouldn’t even hold together.

Kneaders is a great chain. At this location unfortunately, I got a somewhat stale two pieces of French toast.

I don't leave reviews often but this place unfortunately has just become terrible. The portions have become smaller and the service has gone completely down hill. I have been coming here since they opened and I am afraid I have given them their last chance. It's too bad it used to be one of my favorite spots to go.

I wrote a review earlier and can't find it. They didn't fill my order correctly. The owner replied and I feel treated me very well. I want that to be heard.

As I look at the reviews, obviously something has changed at this location to reduce the quality of service. I hope whatever that issue is can be identified quickly and resolved. As a business owner, I know how difficult it is to find reliable help.

I wish them well.

This place has been getting worse every time we go, don’t think we will be back. They can’t even make a decent tasting grilled cheese sandwich anymore. Not sure what happened but food isn’t good anymore especially how expensive it is. Very disappointed

Girl at the drive through was just disrespectful, idk what was up with her this morning, but zero kindness was exuded from her. When I pulled up to drive through to order I sat there for over 3 minutes waiting for someone to. Connect with me, and finally after I said “hello” 2-3 times she gave me an attitude saying she will be with me shortly… okay how about you let me know and I won’t be saying hello to you?! Took 10 minutes to get my order and there was a line of 5 other vehicles behind me.. terrible service, super slow speed, and garbage customer service find someone who likes people and put THEM at the window maybe.

I ordered and paid for 5 dozen rolls for a party. When i went to pick them up there were no rolls. Even though i had paid for them they had nothing for me. Will never order from the Ogden store again.

When I come to Kneaders they are usually out of what I want to order and have to chose something else. I don’t even order the same thing each time. My son won’t go to this place anymore and sadly this was my last time. I ordered some sweet bread over two hours ago. It was 11 am. It is now 1:30 pm and I am finally out the door. They kept telling me that they would get my order that was due at 1 pm and finally told me that the breads were cooling after my third attempt to get service. Sorry you lost this customer

Kneaders, sell something other than cream pies. You guys should know better than this. Do your analytics, understand the market. Traditional pies such as Pumpkin, Apple, Peach are all standard between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Thank you for taking the suggestion.

Usually have a good experience this time was not so good. We came here Monday around 6:30PM on December 9th so the grumpy cook in the back can be known. The guy over headset was rude as well when it wasn’t my fault the headset was dying. I got a French dip on focaccia and boy were they mad today.

Been coming to this location since out opened, and I don't know what happened within the last year, but almost every trip I regret giving them another chance. They are constantly out of everything, they make the sandwiches extremely sloppy. Almost no meat on the clubs, next to no cheese on my grilled cheese. They packaged my hot sandwich in a plastic container so it sits in a pool of water. They have gotten incredibly expensive, and turned to garbage. It's very apparent the owners are greedy and money hungry, otherwise they wouldn't charge that much for this poor of quality. It used to be a respectable place to eat. Lesser quality food at higher prices has changed that. You've served me my last overpriced low quality soggy meal kneaders. I will not be giving you another chance. I will stick to your much better layton location, it may be over priced but atleast is good food.
