Food and atmosphere was good and the chief was entertaining. I upgraded to the Kobe beef but what I was served was not Japanese Kobe beef. It tasted more like filet mignon.

The sushi quality was low,
Not everything on the menu is properly labeled with ALL ingredients,
In summary: if you are looking for authentic Japanese sushi then this place may disappoint you. If you are looking for food truck sushi in this town then this can be place for you.

Do not come here if you want sushi. Bad sushi. Took forever even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. Prices were more expensive than what was shown on the menu.

Super great food! The chef that we had was hilarious and was making us laugh the whole time. The food was incredible especially the noodles. I am a big fan of this style of food and this did not disappoint.

This restaurant is not good quality food. One bite of the sushi made me feel sick. The sushi is so small. Sushi rice felt dry, like it had been sitting out. It was smothered in sauce and tasted like grocery store sushi. I’ve gotten better sushi at ocean mart for half the price.
Expected high quality food based on high prices. Just over all very disappointing. I don't recommend this place.Unfortunately I will not be going to Kobe again.

the sushi texture was off, making for an unpleasant dinner experience. The sushi rice was poorly seasoned and didn't have the right consistency.
Will never be coming back to this mediocre sushi, so expensive for tiny sushi extremely disappointing. I have had supermarket sushi which is better than this place.
Sticking to Japanese sushi because they make their sushi full and compacted filled with the meat and vegetables. On top of this, every ingredient meaning the filling including the rice were at room temperature. Not hot or cold - just left on the counter for a long while or something.

Not sure how this place has a 4.4 rating. Should be closer to 3/5, but I rate this a 2/10 overall.
The sushi quality was subpar, This was the worst sushi I’ve ever had in my entire life, buffet quality. Very disappointed

As a Japanese person, I also recommend this restaurant. I ate several Japanese dishes during my trip to America, but this was the most delicious! ︎ The quality of the food and the chef's performance were amazing!! The sushi, fried rice, and steak were all just as delicious as the ones you get in Japan! ︎When I travel again, I'll go eat there♪thank you very much!!As a Japanese, I also recommend this restaurant!! I had several Japanese restaurants on my trip to the US and this was the best!!The quality of the food and the chef's performance were so great✨Sushi, fried rice, steaks, all are as good as what you can get in Japan!! ︎I'll go back to eat there when I travel again.Thank you so much:)
