Reminds me of Edo’s in Maui Hawaii, back in 2000’s at a mall as well, Queen Kaahumanu’s

Fantastic find for a pre movie meal. Added extra chicken for more protein and it was delicious.

Decent food. I got the beef, chicken, and shrimp teriyaki. It was a bit too soy sauce-y and not enough teriyaki-y. Price was fine and I maaay try this place again later. You get plenty of food for what you pay and they gave us a little keychain, so that was fun.

Shameful to dish small fatty chunks of chicken for the entire dish. Took my food back and get told that is normal... no offer to make it right because it is normal. Poor food quality and customer service.Lesson learned, stay away if you haven't been yet.

1. Whatever brand of rice they're using is horrid and nothing near the Japanese rice I've enjoyed my whole life.2. I was supposed to have FRIED rice; This was just steamed rice soaked in their version of Teriyaki, no veggies in it. The veggies came from ordering the Mushroom Delight. The young lady who took our order was nice.

Excellent food cooked to order the the taste is out of this world the service is very fast and friendly the employees are very cheerful and that is a plus to see these days the atmosphere is typical of a mall restaurant if you know you know the options are so what limited to chicken beef and shrimp and I think they may have one more fish that you could choose from but don't quote me on that the prices are moderate it's around 11 dollars for a chicken plate and it goes up by each meat you choose from with shrimp being the most expensive they have veggies but that is the only thing if you are a vegan and they do have rice or noodles with noodles being a extra charge so if you are not a meat lover this is not the place for you and the parking is just your! typical Newgate mall parking however I would recommend kobes to anyone who enjoys good Japanese food fresh from the grill MADE to order right in front of you at the end of the day I would rate Kobe's a solid 8 out of 10 try them and you will see why i rate them so high

Parking: Lots of mall parking

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair are acceptable

This is has to be the blandest Japanese food we've ever had. Almost no flavor whatsoever. No seasoning, even salt, and the veggies were undercooked. I got mushrooms and they were practically raw. We got noodles instead of rice and sincerely regretted it, they were the cheap kind, dry, and flavorless. My husband ordered beef teriyaki and it was nothing but fat. It was hot, fresh, and they aren't stingy with the portions, but it just didn't taste good. For the price, I expected much better quality. We were really disappointed, but at least we now know not to order anything from here again.
