Boy, we were very disappointed. My wife and I were highly recommended to come here by our family.
We walked in and were kinda of ignored while the take out person had a conversation with another employee. She finally looked up and said something about a service person being with us in a minute. A person came and sat the two of us at a four seat table. We were told the waitress would be with us shortly. They finally came and immediately asked if we were ready to order. No freindly banter, no “hi, I’m so and so, etc. We asked for a moment to decide on the menu. She gave us about a minute before coming and asking again for our order. When we indicated that we needed another minute she finally asked about drinks. When we finally ordered she kept handing us the platters from the far side of the table. She would set it down with here you go and then she was gone! We had to reach across the table to move our food to in front of us.
Food was not impressive at all. It tasted like they had microwaved every item after they opened the can. The pizza was ok but was served with canned mushrooms which were rubbery in texture.
This location is very close to the college so may be ok for college students taste and budgets.
Needless to say, we will not be returning.

One of my favorite menus in Ogden. Pizza and Sandwiches are great! Service was inattentive some the staff was sitting around a table in front by the register eating while folding knife and fork setups. Dirty carpet, past holiday decorations still on door and inside. Thank heaven the Pizza and Sandos are great and a good value. Recommend take out.

Pizza is great, service is good and Ted Ligori is a staple in the community. This place has been around a long time and must be experienced by anyone who has never eaten here.

I have always enjoyed the food at Ligori's, and tonight was no exception. I worry when I see so few people there because the pizza there is a lifelong tradition for me...

This pizza shop has been here forever and there's a reason why! Top notch Pizza! It's definitely in my top two in the Ogden area for sure! The only thing I've ever gotten here was the pizza, I think I'll try some other stuff one of these days.

I'm shocked this place is still open. This is up there for some of the worst food I've eaten at a restaurant. Save your money and the stomach ache.

My family and I went to Ligori's on 8/24/24. Our refrigerator had died the previous week and and then the replacement was freezing everything in the refrigerator. It was a long week and a half of using canned foods and dried pasta until we had a functional replacement. We had lost a lot of food and been getting by with very creative meals. We had eaten out a handful of times because you really need a break from meal limitations in a situation like that, especially with 3 children.
I won't name the places we ate, as those will have reviews at a later time. We were left disappointed with nearly every instance of take out or dine in. I had wanted to try Ligori's for a while and we really managed our expectations and walked in cautiously optimistic.
We were greeted with minimal wait before being seated by friendly staff. While we waited to be served there was old timey music playing overhead, I'd say a mixture of 30s to 50s, if I recall correctly. I decided upon their Philly Cheese Steak, my wife had a meatball sandwich, our daughters each had the octopus spaghetti, and our 1 year old son ate from our plates. Our entire meal totaled out to be $40.00 with 4 meals, and 3 drinks. This had been the heartiest meal we'd had in a while and were pleased with the results.
We'll definitely be back in the future to try the pizza and pasta selections! Thank you for a wonderful evening and a pleasant surprise, we needed it!

Ligori’s may not be the most up to date, streamlined, or hip place to go, but it’s like walking into the comfort of your grandma’s house. The food is good enough, the customers, though typically older, are genuinely enjoying the company of those around them. I recommend ligori’s highly, had a better experience there than most restaurants.
