I’ve visited this Little Caesars location in Ogden multiple times, and unfortunately the service continues to be sloppy and unprofessional. Orders are often incorrect or delayed, and staff don’t seem organized or attentive to customers waiting. Communication is lacking, and there’s little sense of urgency, even during slower periods. I understand it’s a fast-food pizza place, but basic professionalism and accuracy should still be expected. The food is what you’d expect from Little Caesars, but the service makes the experience frustrating enough that I’ll never return.

Unfortunately I showed up to this location no pizzas were hot and ready. I wait at the counter for 5minutes before I was greeted 3 people were working in the back I akawardly stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order. Then I was told 10-15 minutes and it took 25 plus minutes with no communication.

the food here is like all the locations. it's cheaper pizza compared to other chains. but when matt and eiljah work. they always get my order right. always fresh. I order all my pizzas with light sauce. they never fail at making sure it's done right. plus they always have some sort of rock or metal music playing in the background. that right there is awesome! without fail there's always a good song playing from when I walk in to order to when I leave with my order 🤘🤘

Walked in and the on duty staff seem mad that I came in at 10 pm. Cashier spoke to me with an exhausted annoyed tone. They tell me its a 25 min to 30 min wait for pizza. There's no online orders and nothing in the warmers. They arent cooking anything so why the wait there's no one around.

Hot and ready? Nope. Not at this location. Take whatever the estimated wait time is they give you and expect to wait double that if you don’t order ahead. Worst service of any little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to! I waited 40 minutes for two pizzas with nowhere to sit and I watched order after order come in after mine and be filled ahead of mine. Employees were nice but nobody seems to have much concern about speeding up productivity or putting the hot and ready warmers to use. Overall I think clearly just lackluster management creates lackluster employee work ethic. Should have paid more and gone to Pizza Hut.
