Get used to “You’re gonna have to wait 20-25 mins” for a hot and ready pizza that’s never ready. There’s no chairs for waiting customers either. If you come in 1hr before closing, your only option is cheese pizza…that you have to wait for.

5 employees working and there’s a group talking 2 were looking like they were doing “something work related” to look busy. Waiting in line for about 15 minutes with no one saying anything to the line. And the register was a little lost when ordering. I don’t know where he got a cheese pizza from a pepperoni but that’s okay. And forgets my marinara sauce for the bread sticks bundle I got. Also he grab the room temperature bread sticks and not the ones from the warm oven ? Idk but what’s the bags in the oven for ? Seems like everyone was a little bit too high.

Accordingly, to what I know about a week ago, some employees had pulled a rat out of the pipes and another employee pulled a hair out of the pound butter and people don’t wear gloves people are unsanitary The employees use the rags that you’re supposed to clean the counters and stuff with to wipe the sweat off their forehead as they’re making pizza Nobody there wash his hands, wears gloves or does nothing hygienic

Today was so busy for them and there were tech issues but they were all so kind and made it up with some free breadsticks without us asking. Great job little ceasars team! And please never change how you make the pizza! This is literally the best location. 🙏

Their entire business model is based on “hot and ready.” Customers wouldn’t know since they never have anything ready to see if it is hot. Every time I go there they have a 20-25 minute wait for anything including “hot and ready.” I won’t support this business anymore.

I put in an online order for a pretzel crust pizza and Italian cheese bread but when I went to pick it up from the kiosk I got an error.
The worker told me that he gave my order away a few minutes before to someone with the same first name.
I was in a rush so didn’t have 20+ min to wait for them to recook.
They offered a pepperoni and crazy bread instead which was nice, but not the same as my order.

This place is not responsible with the customers in their orders. They give you a time and your order doesn't arrive and then they stop for 10 minutes and they make excuses that the place is full and then they cancel the order and according to what they refund the money in 10 days and that never happens... I feel scammed by Little Caesar
Food was good as it normally is. The problem is that we waited 45 minutes for two pizzas and a pack of crazy bread. Until an older woman that was with us went to ask, they weren’t taking us seriously. They prioritized online orders and we were told it would be a 25 minute wait. We were even given a fresh one because she said one had been sitting there for a while. And one of the Zappacks didn’t even have any stuff in it.
