I have been disappointed in the service at this location multiple times in a row, and I think I’m giving up on ordering from here ever again. Tonight, I ordered a pizza (ONE pizza) an hour before I wanted to pick it up. I went at the time I had scheduled for and still had to wait over ten minutes. I saw at least 4 more people order that were told it would be 35-40 minutes before they would have anything ready except classic cheese. I don’t think this should ever be the case at 6:30pm on a Saturday evening. I generally don’t review restaurants, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this particular location to anyone and I wish that management would address the issues since this is the closest location to where I live.

I got a pizza, puffs and wings they said I would have to wait 10 minutes for wings but I'll get a fresh pizza and they will set the puffs to the side. They didn't give me puffs even though I paid for them. When I got home the pizza must had been made yesterday it was the hardest crust and cheese was very set up. Will not go to this little ceasers again

Tried to order two items for pickup and went to get the order. They told me someone else picked it up and refused to remake it or refund me. Both myself and my boyfriend fully believe they never made the order in the first place. Do not order from this location!

I had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered online in advance, but when I arrived they said they did not have record of me even ordering . I ended up waiting 1 and a half hours! The staff moved very slowly, and several were on their phones (instead of working) while wearing gloves they used to handle food. They were also touching their hair and faces, which was unhygienic. This visit was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend coming here to anyone.

went into the restaurant after making an online order, and i ended up waiting another half hour after the time it said it would be ready. people came into the restaurant and the cashier said that the wait time was an hour and a half for a pizza when most of the workers were standing around talking. the place seemed super unprofessional, people were touching the food with gloves on, then afterwards scratching their head with the gloves and touching the food again. i do not recommend this location
Terrible service. My son ordered 2 pizzas & was told “20-25 minutes”. After 40 minutes he asked where the order was and was told it would be an hour??? The food is barely worth waiting for at all. Should have ordered from literally anywhere else.

Terrible service. Waited over 40 minutes. No pizza. They couldn't explain why the paid for pizzas were lost but they were! Then it took 15 minutes trying to get a manager to get my money back!!! No money was refunded they just said here's pizza, an hour after payment. They Stay away from this joke!

I've been visiting this establishment many times over the years, and this location is always hit or miss. This last time, tho they couldn't even get the right pizza in the right box. I understand it was New years Eve, one of the busy nights for pizza locations, but they really dropped the ball. I ordered 4 pizzas over the phone and then ordered one on the app as I had a $50 gift card I was going to use. The online app doesn't accept gift cards... or it's operator error on my part. Either way, the pizza was ordered at 4:45 pm over the phone. I was told it would be 30 minutes. Granted on New years Eve, I figured it would take a little longer. I then ordered online at 5 pm. My online order was completed at 5:30 pm. It was also wrong, but given the number of people waiting in line, I didn't want to argue. The over the phone order wasn't done until 5:50 pm. I had plenty of time to have them fix it. Long story short, the 2 people working the counter were amazing. The folks cooking in the back were not. Pizzas were not being cooked in order. Orders were getting screwed up. The wait time was horrible, and they got my order wrong.
I wish this was an isolated incident due to the holidays, but I've been a victim of incompetence from this location more often than not.
Check your orders and avoid this location during the holidays.
