This place is not well run and the employees literally don’t care about customers. It would seem they have no system for managing orders, particularly in peak times. We anticipated the they might be busy on the last day of school, so we placed an order at 12:30 for pickup at 7. Our order didn’t even go into the oven until after 7:30. We waited 45 minutes for an order they had 7 hours in advance. And the customer service was awful. When I asked about my order, 25 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, all the girl at the counter could say was “couldn’t tell ya.” From then on, she just gave one word answers - “nope” “yep” or just didn’t respond, while she sat there scuzzing off anyone who asked about a time estimate for their pizza, literally rolling her eyes at people and making faces at them behind their backs. Then finally, when we got our pizza 45 minutes late, it looked like they’d put it together by tossing ingredients onto the crust from across the room, with barely any cheese.

I have to hand it to these guys, the service was top of the line despite the crazy rush tonight & Dallas (cashier) was taking the rush & complex requests like a champ. Definitely coming back!

RUDE STAFF! DO NOT VISIT. The girl that was at the front counter at 6pm on may 10th (2025) was by far the rudest person I have every had the misfortune to speak to. They do not belong in service in any sense. The interaction was over the crazy bread COMBO SPECIAL that was but one get one. They wanted to argue that it wasn't the combo even though it was clearly written on the sign. Rather then argue and be treated like a idiot i decided to leave. My older child overhear the same staff member celebrating that I chose to leave. This meant they acted that was on purpose. Avoid this one.

We ordered through the little caesars app and requested delivery on 3 pizzas and crazy bread. Our order got dropped of and we were only delivered one pizza and crazy bread. We called the customer support number and not only would the refuse to give us the rest of our order but refused to do a refund because it take 3 to 4 days to find out if. Your even eligible $49 paid for one pizza and bread sticks what a literal joke. I then decided to go into little caesars and explained the situation and the cashier explained that he think someone took half our order while it was in the pick up area and the door dash driver didn't properly check to see if he had our entire order do there is nothing they could do about it. I spent 30 minutes waiting for two pizzas to nedone that I had to spend $22 dollars on. What a joke I will ne wr go to little caesars or use door dash again in my life. Door dash are thieves.

I ordered a deep dish pepperoni and black olive pizza. ( carry out). I sent my girlfriend to pick it up and told her to check it before leaving there. She didn’t and brought home a round thin crust pizza with pepperoni and a few pieces of black olive. The crust was hard and tasted like a day old. Worst pizza in this world. Big mistake, never go there again. Quarter pounder is much better.

Ordered take out. Didn’t get what we ordered and it was the worst pizza in this world. No exaggeration. This place should be shut down. The girl that took my order should not be working in the food industry. She was definitely part of the problem.
