Our experience was 3/16/24. We ordered a meal at nine, knowing we’d get there close to closing time. We were very rudely told we only had fifteen minutes to eat, of which we were already aware. Five minutes to close, the worker announced anyone left in the building would be locked in. I understand people want to get home, but I can help but imagine a better way to go about it.Fast forward a bit, I was hit with food poisoning and spent all night vomiting up and in other ways passing your Hawaiian food. Terrible experience, can’t recommend anyone try the food or the service.

Online orders consistently have mistakes or missing food. Has happened multiple times, only one of the last 5 orders have been correct. A simple process to check the items on the receipt, match what you put in the bag shouldn't be that difficult.

Macaroni has this weird off flavor, almost metalic. The rice had really hard old pieces. My guess the guy microwaved the meat and rice from the fridge and plopped old Mac on the plate. Not worth 15

After visiting Hawaii and falling in love with the food there, we returned home yearning for some more plate lunch. We searched recipes and recreated some of them. They just didn't have the same flavor as the originals. Then LoLo opened, and we tried everything on the menu, and it all tastes how we remember it. So now I can get my Hawaiian fix without having to get on a plane.

Some of the best food on the planet, seriously. I have been at restaurants around the world with Michelin stars, but I don't know if I enjoyed that great food than any more than the Teriyaki chicken at LoLo's. Always great, friendly service as well. Try this place and you will be happy you did.
I had to go back inside cause an order was messed up but the guy fixed it without complaining and he was apologetic.

Ordered the 3 meat plate and had 2 teriyaki and 1 kaysu and the kaysu was over cooked badly. It tastes like burnt char and the teriyaki seemed to be warmish old and had bits of crunchy bits like charcoal. When I called to talk to management about the issue Jeff was very kind and fixed the order. Service gets 5 stars for the great way he handled the issues. Thanks lolos for having great staff that are professional and helpful. Food is usually always the best here. Cannot wait to go back. Thanks
