Very disappointed this last visit to the Longhorn Steakhouse. The service was lacking even though the place wasn't busy at all. The food wasn't even close to the quality it used to be previous times that we have gone there. The salad and baked potato were basically bare of all toppings. The $32.00ea steaks arrived barely warm, like they had been sitting on a counter for at least 20 minutes before being brought out to our table. Also we only received one drink the entire time during our meal.I'm very disappointed with our experience.

Ok, so I totally didn't go in. I was stuck waiting for the bus at like 4 am and my phone has no service. I noticed that LongHorn had guest wifi. I used that to coordinate very important stuff in the meantime. I appreciate your wifi being a lifeline whether intended or not, so here's 5 stars. Thank you.

I ordered the Flos Filet and Lobster Tail. It didn't have much of a sear, and it was chewy. I should just stick to the ribeye. No bake potatoes were available. ? Mushrooms appetizer was very good.

LongHorn Steakhouse offers more than just delectable steaks; their cheeseburger is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, it's a savory delight that rivals any steak on the menu. But it's not just the food that impresses at LongHorn. The attentive service we received elevates the dining experience to new heights. There have been times in the past where the service has been horrible. The inviting ambiance of LongHorn Steakhouse sets the stage for a memorable dining experience. With warm lighting, rustic décor, and comfortable seating, it's the perfect backdrop for enjoying a delicious meal with friends and family.Whether you're craving a mouthwatering steak or a satisfying cheeseburger, LongHorn Steakhouse delivers on taste, service, and atmosphere, making it a must-visit destination for food lovers everywhere.

HOSTESSES were horrible, their faces tell their work story & the story is not good, they all look like they hate their job, no welcome smiles or anything. SERVERS were amazing, and they treat you like they are happy you chose to eat at their restaurant, the Manager was gracious enough to visit our table and made sure our twins were given a free Bday dessert. The Food? Amazing as always. Thank you.

The first time I dined here, I had the ribeye. This was a few years ago. It wasn't good. Like a slice of low quality prime rib. So this time, I had the flo's tenderloin. I ordered it medium rare. It was just like a top sirloin in tenderness. I had to saw my way thru it. Don't think I will be going back.

My wife and I have been quite few times in the last year or two. We prefer Longhorn over Texas Roadhouse nearby because it isn't as noisy, and we feel the food is a bit better. One complaint we found is on this occasion the food was over salted. We both ordered the parmesan crusted chicken and loaded baked potato and both were over salted. Other than that the chicken and potatoes were cooked perfectly.

Was a great date night with my husband. The cook screwed up our food however so I didn't eat. I'll give them another chance however. Their strawberry lemonade is absolutely amazing!!!

I ordered online and unfortunately got the wrong soup. I called and Kylie, (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was so sweet and understanding and corrected my order. When I arrived I called and Aaliyh answered and she was just as sweet! I love longhorn and only get to eat there when I have a little extra money and this proves why I keep coming back! Ribeye medium rare was amazing, even the clam chowder I got was good by accident, the loaded potato soup is the best, and the mash potatoes! Thank you, longhorn and thank you for the customer service! Also I got a free appetizer or dessert for the mistake and I appreciate that because I wasn't expecting it for the mess up, but I was just happy they fixed it. That just shows they go above and beyond. So thank you!

One of the worst dining out experiences I've ever had. We live paycheck to paycheck like most Americans these days and went out to celebrate with my son who's 13, My husband, and our baby who is 9 months old. We went out to enjoy an expensive dinner and expected the same quality as the amount they were charging for it. Absolute worst experience, after our waiter took our order we never saw him again, someone else dropped off our food and no one ever came back to ask if we had everything. We all ordered filet mignon and lobster and we're pretty amazed when none of the temperatures on the steak were correct and all of the seafood including shrimp my husband ordered were cold and I mean ice cold!! When we kindly tried to bring it to the manager's attention she was extremely rude, biased, and quite frankly she came off pretty racist. Kept telling my husband that he didn't know what a medium well steak was that a medium well steak has a little bit of pink left which we all were staring at the same steak and it was brown all the way through so we were just staring at her confused. They offered to remake everything but at that point we were pretty pissed especially after we had to argue our point, whatever happened to the customer's right? Feel free to take a bite next time, otherwise just take my word for it. We asked to see the manager again before we left and she was too scared or just did not care enough to come out and talk to us even though we could see her looking directly at us. Dottie was the manager's name that we had to get from another employee, I will be following up in the morning with corporate and I will keep going until I am heard. I'm tired of being taken advantage of over and over, expected to pay $200 for a meal, treated like dirt, and then expected to eat whatever we were served whether it was quality or not. I'm done, for now. Don't waste your time or money.
