Mama's toasted cheeser

Ordered with the family. I got a Hawaiian + jalapenos. Went to pick it up about 20 minutes later and the person behind the counter said they were still working on the order. Seemed a bit rude, but we let it pass. No worries. About 5 minutes later, he came out with everything packed to go. We planned to eat there, so we pulled everything out and mine was only ham and cheese. Explained it was supposed to be a Hawaiian, so he told us he didn't have the sauce. Apparently the sauce also contains the other ingredients of the sandwich. He offered to put another sauce on it or make another sandwich. That's fine, but I would've preferred to know that when we talked to him while he was still making the order, not have him just make a ham and cheese and assume we'd leave without checking it. There was no apology, no explanation, he just acted like we were in the wrong for ordering it in the first place. I didn't want to wait for a new sandwich to come out by the time everyone else finished eating, so I got a cold cup of different sauce and a cup of cold jalapenos that were supposed to be on the sandwich in the first place. Everyone's consensus was that the food was ok but we were all still hungry. So we left and had a better lunch elsewhere. Pretty disappointing.

The Pros: the Grilled cheese I got was fantastic, the conversation with the girl working there was nice, and they give you a ton of fries.

The Cons: they were out of multiple menu items, the soda fountain wasn't working so we were given a small can of soda instead, and the brownie we got tasted like the inside of a refrigerator.

Ate at the food truck in tooele today. AMAZING! Fantastic friendly service. She even brought the food to our car so we could stay warm (very thoughtful) I had the jalapeños cheezer and the wife had the meatball. Both went beyond expectations. The tomato basil soup was perfect. Will be visiting the ogden location soon. Keep up the great work. P.S. the wife ate most of the tots on the way home. Lol you do get alot more

I will preface this that we got there 20 minutes before closing so I’m sure they were ready to clean up and go home…

We had a very unpleasant experience with the staff. When asked for recommendations they told us anything on the first menu board, and then said because it’s easiest to make. As we were ordering their tone got more and more annoyed sounding and got to the point of just being extremely rude. While waiting for our food two other people showed up and one went straight back and the other one sat in the dining room giving us weird looks.

The food was good, but extremely greasy. I know grilled cheese can be but it was almost like the bread was soaked in butter overnight. Fries were good.

I’m not sure we will be back due to the service we experienced. We actually went as a birthday celebration. We don’t eat out often and wanted to try something new. We left disappointed before even trying the food (had to take it to go due to closing being soon) and wished we had gone to one of our tried and true locations instead.

If you enjoy throwing your money away, you should eat here. I ordered the MB sandwich and the minute I saw it I knew it was a horrible choice. Burnt ciabatta roll, microwaved meatballs, thin, flavorless tomato sauce and hardly any cheese. I gave most of it to my co workers dog. The tots were soggy and freezer burned. The grilled ham and cheese my husband got was burnt on one side and the cheese wasn’t even melted in the middle. Absolutely the worst meal I’ve paid for in years. Save your money and your taste buds.

If you want to pay $15.00 for a grilled cheese with Kraft cheese singles and just regular bread this is your spot.. not worth the price. Two starts instead of one because their tater tots were pretty good.

Went here today after some blackfriday shopping. This place used to be a delicious place to eat. Today after trying to order 2 different meals and being told we don't have the ingredients, I settled for the BBQ beef and mac and cheese grilled cheese. Which was pretty good. Asked for cheese to be added to the fries and was charged almost 7.00 for cheese. But yet you can add more meat for 2.00. What an absolute joke. Seriously that much to add cheese?!?! After receiving the food the cheese fries were so over cooked and burned it broke the plasic fork. And were literally inedible The soda and water we ordered were warm. The person working there wasn't the most pleasant person to deal with. My brother in law ordered the same after being told multiple things weren't available. We paid damn near $70 for this food with a tip. We attempted to talk to employee and was told not his problem. We could of went to Texas road house and had better food and a better experience for the price we paid. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Such amazing and creative gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches! Literally anything u can think of, but on a grilled cheese!! I'm not a fry person, but mamas toasted cheeser fries are the only fries I'll eat!!!

O.M.G shut up and take my money! This place is delicious I ordered what Cherokee recommended the pesto chicken with bacon and tots and it was delicious. I have never tried this trick before but I will be coming back. Highly recommend!!!

Anyone who tells you this is good is straight up lying. Awful food, and the guy working the food truck today was beyond rude. Quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever seen and he wasn’t even talking to me. He could definitely use an attitude check? Will not be back and will tell everyone I know to avoid this business.
