If you want to pay $15.00 for a grilled cheese with Kraft cheese singles and just regular bread this is your spot.. not worth the price. Two starts instead of one because their tater tots were pretty good.

Went here today after some blackfriday shopping. This place used to be a delicious place to eat. Today after trying to order 2 different meals and being told we don't have the ingredients, I settled for the BBQ beef and mac and cheese grilled cheese. Which was pretty good. Asked for cheese to be added to the fries and was charged almost 7.00 for cheese. But yet you can add more meat for 2.00. What an absolute joke. Seriously that much to add cheese?!?! After receiving the food the cheese fries were so over cooked and burned it broke the plasic fork. And were literally inedible The soda and water we ordered were warm. The person working there wasn't the most pleasant person to deal with. My brother in law ordered the same after being told multiple things weren't available. We paid damn near $70 for this food with a tip. We attempted to talk to employee and was told not his problem. We could of went to Texas road house and had better food and a better experience for the price we paid. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The food is great. The service was faster than expected considering there was only 1 person working, but I guess they don't get enough business to justify adding another person to the schedule.

Such amazing and creative gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches! Literally anything u can think of, but on a grilled cheese!! I'm not a fry person, but mamas toasted cheeser fries are the only fries I'll eat!!!

O.M.G shut up and take my money! This place is delicious I ordered what Cherokee recommended the pesto chicken with bacon and tots and it was delicious. I have never tried this trick before but I will be coming back. Highly recommend!!!

Anyone who tells you this is good is straight up lying. Awful food, and the guy working the food truck today was beyond rude. Quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever seen and he wasn’t even talking to me. He could definitely use an attitude check? Will not be back and will tell everyone I know to avoid this business.

I ordered a grilled ham and cheese sandwich with a small fry… no drink nothing else and it was $17.22 ? I received a burnt sandwich and very soggy fries. This is ridiculous!!! Save your money and stay away from this place. Never ever

I love this place! I mean honestly, what's not to love? In the past my only significant complaint was that they weren't open late enough to do dinner with my family, but I see that they're now open until 8!I just thoroughly enjoyed the buffalo chicken sandwich (I opted for mozzarella instead of cheddar) and it was among the best sandwiches I've ever had, and easily the most satisfying sandwich I've had in recent memory! Enough buffalo sauce to taste and enjoy the heat, but no so much that it burns. LOTS of VERY tender chicken, plus the melted cheese, all on the ciabatta roll!?! Excellent. I'm sorry I ate it before it occurred to me to take a picture!It's expensive enough that I can't justify going all the time, but I think the prices are reasonable for an independent operation. Small businesses don't benefit from the same economies of scale as the big chains. Besides, there's no mistaking this food for anything at a fast food chain!Another of my favorites is the loaded tots (I recommend asking them to dice the jalapenos so that heat gets better distributed). Frankly it's enough to be a meal in itself!I've only tried 2-3 other sandwiches on the menu, but I've never been disappointed.Now that I know just how good that buffalo chicken is it's going to be hard to try anything else!

mama's toasted cheeser is yummy comfort food!

So I work near this place, I would often go for lunch as it was quick and easy to do so, but I think I’m just officially done patronizing it.First, the staff here are so incredibly rude, they cut you off, are condescending, one of them rolled their eyes at me. I find they often talk to me like I am stupid, or they are annoyed they have to do the job they are getting paid for. Sometimes you’ll be waiting for 15 minutes before ringing the bell up front and you get the rudest “JUST A SECOND!” It’s baffling because I am always really kind to everyone, and I’ve worked in several industries but specifically food service for many years, and I never would have dared to talk to someone or treat them this way for no reason.The food is okay, some of the sandwiches can be soggy or burnt, sometimes the cheese isn’t melted, I’d say about 1/2 the time my order is incorrect, I always ask for a certain side and it’s almost always something else.It’s definitely overpriced for the awful service and subpar food. If you want to get verbally abused or have someone be rude to you for no reason and pay a ton of money for it, have at it!Kindness goes a long way, you have no idea what other people’s lives are like, I hope that some of the staff here will maybe reconsider being rude to people off the bat.

Our little, 55 and older community, held our winter party Dec. 27th, at Mama Cheesers. The atmosphere was lovely, the food yummy and service superb. Next time, you have a party and need a place to host, Mama Cheeser, does not disappoint.

*This was a mobile experience, but that didn’t show up independently to review.Extremely basic sandwiches. I had ham and Swiss, daughter had classic. There was nothing spectacular about the ingredients or flavors. My daughter told me that “[I] make better sandwiches at home” and that “theirs were only slightly better than school lunches.”At $23 dollars after taxes, it’s also a lot less expensive to make at home.The service time for something so basic was also ridiculously slow. For this business, a panini press should be churning out sandwiches very quickly. Over half an hour for 2 simple sandwiches is insane.The cheese wasn’t even very melted and the outside was charred. It was clearly cooked at too high of a temperature, which makes the extreme slowness even less excusable.
