Staff incredibly lazy and unable to serve via the pickup window. Even after trying to explain to the very rude person at the window, who said his name was Caleb, that I had my two small children in the car and that I didn't feel safe leaving them alseep in the car while picking up the order, even showed him the two babies in the car. First ones in the store, waited literally 30 minutes for a single pizza, after a line formed every single person besides us was offered a free 2 liter drink/ brownies. and our pizza dough was as thin as a piece of paper. wish I was joking. to top it off, got 3 expired coupons lol. not going back to this location.

I placed an online order that said itd take 15 min to make, get there 25 min later its just being done but who cares it took me a minute to get there. Once I get in it takes 5 min for them to come help me, after I pay I can see my food done the seemed to be empty on cash so go to their safe to give me my change. And instead of giving me my food the proceed to fully shock the register then give me my food. Took 10 min when it should've only taken 2 or 3.
Got the wrong order. For the second time. And for the second time was promised a replacement and either the owner just forgot after a long winded discussion about him and his son running the place. or decided he didnt want to honor the replacement. $102 for two separate pizzas orders. Neither came through for me. Well this is probably the most expensive lesson in pizza places i have ever had to learn. I will be going to taboo pizza from here on that is for sure. Never again marcos.. never again good luck staying in business treating customers like this.
