Came here with my family after seeing the Christmas lights, lady at the drive thru was very rude. We went to the first window where the guy stretched his hand in the car before giving him the money. We got our order the kids nuggets were hard the burgers looked like they were just thrown in the box, they didn’t give us any straws for the drinks.

Today I ordered online. I got the notice that it went through my bank. I arrive at the drive thru and they said they didn't get the order. This is the second time this has happened and it is ridiculous. I even double-checked and the problem wasn't on my end.

I came and ordered food whatever. I ordered a double Big Mac, and received.. a chicken patty on a double Big Mac burger.. it came with the contents of the double Big Mac but, with a chicken patty and when we tried to explain they took it back and started laughing like it was funny or something- :( this is a waste of my time and money dude (I recorded a video I’ll post as down below) the customer service tonight was horrible ! I didn’t receive one fatty I didn’t receive two I didn’t receive three not four I didn’t even receive beef. I got a chicken patty and we’re laughing wild the window was open like it was so funny. It’s been an hour my food cold. I headed over here at 11 and it’s 12am on the dot as I leave this review!

Ordered a large fry, but it was rung up as a medium, I wanted to pay the difference and get the right size (before receiving food) and the manager just threw a large fry in the bad with the medium. Absolute champion.

No wayyyyy! They took 30 minutes just to prepare my 3 mini spicy ckn burger. Highly disappointed. Could be more better.
It really sucks they are not open when they say they are I went 10 minutes off the highway for the 24 drive through and was told they were not serving food at that time
