I really like that this place is opened even with all the Corona crap going on. Kids are still able to have fun here and build their ice cream! It's a bit spendy tho. I brought 3 kids here and after my daughter's friend dropped his ice cream and I had to pay for that, it was well over $30 for 5 ice creams that weren't even half full. Still fun for the kids tho

The staff was completely incompetent the one worker she was okay, the other worker seemed like he had just started there or didn't care about his job at all we walked around got our frozen yogurt went to the toppings I walked over to the peanut butter to put it on the top and it started just kind of spurting out and it definitely wasn't enough for all of the people in my party who won a peanut butter so I turned to the workers and I said hey guys your peanut butter is almost out do you guys have any more? They kind of looked at each other and laughed and started whispering and I just looked at him and he's like not right now. And I said Oh you mean you don't want to get anymore? He just kind of laughed and walked away me. Me and my party sat down to eat our frozen yogurt the whole time that we were in there the workers didn't even check to see if any of the toppings needed to be filled never even touched the peanut butter this was at 5:00. On a Saturday and I know the store was going to be open for another few hours. So I'm assuming that people behind us were told sorry no peanut butter either working in customer service for over 30 years this is disappointing. I know it's such a simple thing is getting another topping but it goes a long way when it's with customer service. Do better

This particular location struggled to have a business be successful until Menchie’s came into town. They are wonderful to their customers. One of my favorite treat places now. I love all the flavors. I want one right now.

They’re still advertising wonderful, delightful Oatly ice cream in the window, but they discontinued it because they want people to be sad.
I love the vegan options they offer, they’re delicious and very convenient for us vegan or people who are intolerant to lactose :)

We stopped in on Wednesday and we were told it was free waffle cone day. They didn’t give it to us when we were asking so we thought we’d just ask after. The kid at the counter said “it’s too late now don’t ya think”. Your staffs attitude makes us not want to even come back to this location. To be spoken to like that was 100% unprofessional and uncalled for. By the way, why is the waffle cone free but we had to pay from the one we got?
