The owner is know to close the restaurant to the public without notice so DO not drive there anytime even though their website says open. They will not advertise this at all and we drove 45 minutes to get there and there was a closed sign but yet tons of cars parked outside. Also the owner is known to give free items if your write a 5 star review stating owner is very nice, owner has a great customer service, owner this owner that- I’m sorry but general public does not write a review about the owner and not the food. Steer away and save money and time if you can.

The two girls working in the front need to work on customer service. your customer should feel welcomed coming into your business not like they’re an inconvenience. As for the food definitely wasn’t bad could be better. I feel like the space is very empty for how big the location is.

Neveria Wendolyn is a fantastic spot for all your antojito cravings! Their elotes are absolutely delicious, and the tostitos are a must-try. They have a great selection of snacks, and the overall experience is wonderful. Highly recommend!
The food was good but the vibe was way off. The girls at the counter were pretty rude, they acted like they didn’t want to be there. I went back to get a drink and I waited for awhile. Someone that came after got there and the girl at the counter immediately helped them. When I tried to speak up she held her hand and said “I’m helping someone else right now” honestly really good food I just don’t understand if I did something wrong to be treated that way.

We stopped in today on a very snowy day, craving a sweet treat, and this place did not disappoint! The owner was super helpful and made an excellent recommendation. We tried the Wendoneada, and the perfect balance of sweet and tangy was exactly what we were looking for! I highly recommend this spot, and we’re definitely coming back to try the other flavor options. 😁

Excelente!!! I was going to get a banana split but opted for the Mango Split instead and WOW! What a treat! Got to play a round of table soccer and air hockey with my wife for free while we waited. Fun place. The atmosphere is geared toward a younger crowd, but we still had fun. It's a little out of the way, but it's worth it.
