Just passing through town and saw The No Frills Diner had good reviews, so we stopped in. It was the best chicken tenders I have ever had. Very tender and a great flavor. It was especially nice talking with the owner.

Food is terrible! Not worth the crazy prices. We were the only customers there around 2pm. No wait time for a table. Our waitress was nice, but she was more focused on a guy who came to visit her. Ordered iced coffee and breakfast. The OJ and Chocolate Milk we ordered were both $5 each! (We go to California and get freshly squeezed OJ for $5. This was just store-bought OJ. Also, the chocolate milk was just milk mixed with chocolate syrup. Not worth the prices). My boyfriend ordered eggs Benedict with bacon bits, and the eggs and bacon were cooked through and rubbery. I ordered French toast, hash browns, sausage, and scrambled eggs. French toast was overcooked and soggy, hash browns tasted nothing but oil, and eggs were overcooked and rubbery. The two ONLY good things were the iced coffee and the sausage links. We couldn’t finish our food because of how bad it was. OUR ORDER WAS $60! The options for tipping were 20%, 25%, or 30%! Please go somewhere else for breakfast.

Food is not good and overpriced. Had a $18 breakfast burrito that was very dry...(no cheese instead just on top of the burrito) not enough salsa that could make this burrito better. Meat tasted old. I won't be back.

Don’t try the brisket it taste like boot leather. I feel so bad for the waitress that she has to work in a place with no air conditioning that makes you wait. 45 minutes for our breakfast burrito with chewy hard brisket.

Well, we have given the no-frills Café the absolute last chance we will never patronize that establishment again. The food is terrible. The staff is terrible. The wait for a seat was 30 minutes and then the wait for food was 40 minutes or more been here 4 times total and it never gets any better this time was Tuesday at 1030 AM The kitchen staff doesn’t care they don’t know how to season a dang thing. The food is garbage. I paid $50 for two burritos and they tasted like crap Never again no frills no problem never again.

I wanted to love this place, but overall we felt the prices were a little high for the quality of the food. The waitress we had was nice and accommodating, but the wait time for your food was really long. I understand it's cooked to order but the food wasn't worth waiting 30-40min. You could sense the frustration with other customers who were waiting a long time for their food as well. The atmosphere was decorated neat, but it was hot and stuffy.

Me and my girl went there the other day for lunch there was only two tables that had current customers so we were able to sit right down the lady never asked us if we wanted any water and came back around 13 to 14 minutes later and asked to take our order well we said thank you very much and declined and left.. I do not understand what happened to you guys when you were on 12th Street you guys were awesome. I hope you bring that service back. Until then good luck..

Our server checked on everyone else but us. Forgot part of order never checked back. A cook actually brought out missing item and said hey saw this was still there so brought it out. Still nothing from server. Wasn't busy but the table across from us she checked on multiple times. Even brought them boxes and hey even a bag to carry them. We had to ask another server for boxes, never got a bag. I like to think we are nice people and we like to tip for service. We only did 20% as we didn't feel like we were actually provided service. Sorry but even a smile would have helped

We came in at 11:30 AM at first a party of five, we had to upgrade to a party of seven. We were rudely rushed away from the table and asked to go up front and were told it was because the cooks were behind so it would be at least 30 minutes. But in actuality it was an hour before we were seated. Some of our party liked their food, and others felt the food was greasy and somewhat cold. The only redeeming grace was the server Robin, she was professional, efficient and friendly. What this restaurant lacked in my opinion was a sense of urgency (a hustle) to seat their customers and there was no friendliness from the host staff. Sadly, even though Robin was amazing, I would not return. I gave the service a one star not because of Robin but because of the host staff.
