I haven't been to Noodles for awhile. I received a gift card so I went today. They changed the menu from penne to rigatoni rosa. I prefer the penne. Tara was so gracious making sure I had the right sauce and came to my table to be sure everything was okay. I was impressed with the service!

When i ordered my meal i mentioned I was nervous about trying the dish. After getting our food she came back to make sure I liked it. I thought that was just wonderful and above service!!

First, I order a Caesar salad which was supposed to have dressing in it but came without one. Not to mention the long wait for buttered noodles. Wasn’t packed but somehow managed to take long.

I'm a regular and have been for years. I've noticed a trend. In the morning the food is fresh, all the vegetables are cooked just right, theres the garnish and parmesan on top. In the evening, you will find no garnish and the vegetables are usually overcooked and soggy. The quality goes down with time which leads me to believe that the evening staff is not upholding the same standards as the morning staff. Not consistent at all.

Lots of choices, which admittedly I haven't tried all of them. I had the shrimp scampi, and it was fine but not great. The noodles felt a little undercooked, and the flavor was not as rich as I would have expected. My son had the mac and cheese with a side of buffalo sauce. He loved it and the price was very reasonable. The service was excellent. I am looking forward to trying the other items on the menu.
