Both our orders were wrong which is a shame. My wife's order had mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach when she asked for it without, and it didn't have red onions which she asked for it with. I also paid extra for bacon on mine and it didn't come with it. I understand it's a Sunday night and they're extremely busy, but when you pay extra for something you kinda expect to get it. And if the mushroom, tomato and spinach was an allergy, it would be deadly. Just a shame. I appreciate they were working very hard, but when you're spending your hard earned money, it suck.

Pad Thai looked nothing like any I’ve ever had and tasted nothing of the sort the Japanese noodles were super over done and flavorless for waiting for an hour expected better try harder yall yikes the chunks of processed egg in the pad Thai were terrible

Terrible service. I ordered online 10 minutes before arriving at the store. Online it said my order was ready to be picked up but when I went to the register I was told that I would have to wait. I spent the next 25 minutes waiting without my name being called to pick up my order. Once I was tired of waiting I went to the register and asked for a refund. The worker asked for my name and proceeded to pick up a to go bag that had been sitting there for the last 20 minutes. I insisted that I wanted a refund because my food was now cold and I had been waiting for an excessive amount of time and was told “come on it has only been like 5 minutes”. After insisting a third time for a refund they agreed but instead of putting money back on my card, my name and number was written on a piece of paper and I was told that it would be refunded the next day. It has been 24 hours and I still have not been refunded. This was possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant and do not plan on ever returning to this location. Absolutely inexcusable.

Oh man.. I'll definitely return to this location. I haven't been here for a long time, so when I asked the employee (I wish I had a name) what she would suggest, she gave me about five items and why she'd order them. I took one of her suggestions, and it was amazing. She was friendly, the food was good, the restaurant was clean. What a great place and great people.

The Spicy Korean Beef Noodles was better tasting than I thought it would. But as any fast food goes, it is just that.
The general manager was there, only reason I know he is the general manager was because every 2 minutes he kept saying it. Anyways, my husband and I had to sit there and listen to him literally BERATE the manager. He was so rude and disrespectful to her and she was trying her best. He then tried to tell her that she was wrong about something with the menu and when she tried to defend herself he literally berated her about it and then when he found out he was wrong, did not apologize, and LITERALLY waved it off. I feel like this should've been a meeting that should have been had in private not in the dining room area where customers overhear. I would love to give 5 stars to the manager, I think her name may have been Jess, for practicing such poise and patience.

I love this place. Jaxon, Sal, Tara,Shianne, and Gracie have the BEST customer service. The food is excellent. Reasonably price. Definitely get the Cheesy garlic bread. Glad I discovered this place
