I ordered chicken noodle soup and got dry chicken & noodles with a side of teriyaki sauce. ???? Obviously this location doesn’t care. This has happened twice now. Save your money and go support a local business instead.

Really, with hardly any vegetables I ordered the Japanese noddles w/steak. The noodles were old. I mean fill the bowl up at least! And even though we order ahead of time and paid ahead of time, they refused to give us a refund. If you've ordered ahead a need to cancel an order. I should be able to cancel with the refund. And this was an hour and a half before pick up. We will not order from you again! Would not recommend this place!

I was there yesterday 08/21 and there was three people working and all three people had there backs turned away on there phones doing nothing. One customer came in and none of the employees acknowledge her so she left. Instead of them being on there phones they could have cleaned something or restock stuff. But nope they were stuck in their phones. I have been a manager before if I saw the employees on there phones I'm sorry I would have just sent them home. They are not being payed to be on their phone there was a lot for them to do But love the food otherwise
