What a great place. I wanted to stop and get a protein shake after a workout. The staff was very knowledgeable and offered suggestions on what to order. The shake was great. They offer pre-workout, and meal replacement shakes. All based on high nutrition values. Love this place, will go again soon.

What a great discovery! Lisette is the owner - so kind and cheerful. You feel instantly welcome. Yummy looking shakes and refresher drinks.I had a healthy and delicious waffle with coconut and banana and all the protein and nutrients you need. Super refreshing electrolyte drink to top it off.
