We were disappointed. The kitchen was slow in replenishing cooked foof service counter. Our takeout order was put in containers and we had to wait 15 minutes to complete the order. The food in the containers were colf when we left the business. If we go back we will take a pass on items not ready at the time of order.

Double chow mein had about 8 bites of that, double walnut shrimp 12 pieces of shrimp, and the broccoli beef tasted sour as in something being bad (it was also darker in color compared to other locations). Usually, a double plate fills both my wife and I, but this time at a new location, well, I finished the whole thing like it's nothing and still have room to eat.

Unhui is so sweet everytime we go, the entire time is quick, clean, and so sweet. And panda never skimps on the food!

you need to review your customer service, I was at the 12th Street location today at 530 approx I was forced into a long line of already people waiting. before I could finally give my order, I witnessed 3 different people in line leave. I would say the reason was they had waited toooo long after driving to your location . if I might say the reason it was taking toooo long was the person doing the walk in orders was also trying to fill the the online orders....too much at that time for anyone really. it was very disappointing to watch folks from door dash or what ever... get in and out faster than those of us whow aren't lazy and took the time to go to the brick and mortar location.! I would suggest that one of the 2 or 3 people farther down the line take all the on line orders for rush hours . that's what I see coastal vita and others do. if I run into this same situation again I will go down the road a bit farther to be treated better.
