Nah fam it shouldn’t take 15-20min when I have 3 people ahead of me ordering single meals. Online orders get in the way too often.

Wow! It was insanely busy! The young man serving the plates up was incredible! He was polite, pleasant, calm, fast and efficient! He made the wait with it. Very impressed with the entire crew at how well they all worked as well oiled machine! 😊
Not as happy with my food though. My Beijing beef lactose normal amazing flavor that was kind of bland and way dry. My chow mein was a little overcooked so the noodles were a little too crunchy. But it was so busy in there I think they were just doing the best that they could to get the food out as fast as they could onto the heat table. Because usually their food is pretty dang good there. But I just want to praise the crew they were phenomenal!

Didn't have 75% of food options at 9:35 when they close at 11. Lady was rude and didn't offer to make anything.

I ordered delivery through the Panda Express app and please tell me why I'm missing two items I paid for and was given a wrong sauce? The door dasher who delivered my food was really kind and gave me a suggestion on how to get a refund and I knew this wasn't his fault, his number was literally just the only one given. Pretty difficult to contact through the app and when I tried to call the store my food came from, it rang a few times, I expected it would be from it being busy, but then the line clicked and there was no option for a voice mail so my money was stolen and I didn't get the orange chicken or super greens or sweet and sour sauce. If their goal was to make sure I didn't attempt a second delivery experience with them then they succeeded and I'll just go inside the restaurant like I normally do...

I'm disappointed in the food this Panda Express had. The sweetfire chicken was extremely hard and dry. The best part was the flavorless pineapple. The mushroom 🍄 chicken was ok/meh but cold. 🥶 I had them give me half chow mein and half greens. The leafy greens were soggy (but my chickens loved them lol). The chow mein was cold but good/normal tasting.

I was surprised the meal was cold because other orders from Panda Express locations have been warm. I didn't let the food sit either.

Placed an order online. After picking up and going to eat I noticed I was missing one side of my order. Do not recommend if you want everything you order.

Came in super close to close, had a late night and hadn't eaten dinner. Staff was in a frenzy whipping up whatever needed done for the last rush of the day. I expected a wait but they were really quick and everything was amazingly fresh and delicious. The manager was super nice and gave us some egg rolls on the house for the wait.

I literally never leave reviews, but I went in to get food with a friend, it was a little after a rush and we were about to pay for our food when the person in front of us used a $50 bill to pay, they didn’t have enough change after the rush - that made sense so Jen, who was patient and kind asked Sienna to get her change and sienna yelled at her in front of everyone “you want me to pause this whole line for change” and was just straight up disrespectful. No one was rushing them and there were about 3 groups in line. She was disrespectful to her coworker who was clearly also stressed but it was disgusting to see her roll her eyes and not try and help the team after clearly a stressful night. She complained and that made me more upset than having to wait I think 3 minutes for Sienna to actually grab the change. I thought about the whole time I ate.

This location is the least toddler friendly location that I have vellever been to. There was no changing table in the restroom, and since they were moderately busy, their stupid high tables were all we had to sit at with a toddler that needed a high chair. Needless to say it didn't work out very well.

I delivered for a chow main bowl. When I got it, it barely had any noodles and so many vegetables. There were enough huge onion chunks to fill my bowl lid. I tried to eat the noodles and they didn’t even taste good. So I basically payed $10 to eat eight pieces of orange chicken. I’m not one to complain, but when preparing food you should consider how much the person is paying and is the quality meeting that.
