Ordered online took over 2 hours. I was told the delivery driver dropped my pizza. They also claimed they planned to make a fresh pizza and send it with the next driver.

Paid for my pizza online. The driver reached my door with my pizza, then says there is a charge due. I was like how I paid for this online. Why would I need to pay for this if I already have. The driver told me to call the store and figure this out. I called the store and the manager told me I needed to pay for the pizza again and said they would be able to send back the payment if I could prove I had paid for it twice. I only had enough money for the one order. So the manager said ask the driver to bring the pizza and soda back with him. The managers name was Angie. lesson learned, if you buy something from this company they will act like you didn’t and take the pizza you payed for with them. Angie will ensure that this happens. So much for be there for the customers. Never will I forget the poor customer service and total fraud this company serves to its guests. Enjoy the pepperoni pizza Angie. I’ll have to feed my kid something else for dinner.

Apparently this constitutes a "medium" at Papa Johns. 10" on its longest diameter, which is just 69% of the 12" they advertise.

I have never had such horrible in my life. By the time it got to me, all the food was cold, the pizza had a funny burnt bland taste. All of the food was old and we could tell it had been sitting there for sometime. Well I know it sat there for at least an hour, cause I had to call the store to get an update on my order, I had ordered it to be delivered, then I get a notification that it will be delivered by door dash, then the order said canceled on door dash and my order online was no where to be found. Anyhow, when I caked the store for the update, the guy said oh yes it's ready we are just waiting for someone to pick it up, it should be there in about 20 min, well it was definitely longer than 20 min that we waited. I am so disappointed in how my food quality was when it arrived that I will never order from Papa John's again! If I could give negative stars or zero stars, I would. The quality of food has really gone down hill, used to be one of the best around here😤

Food here is always good. I have a pizza with weird ingredients and it doesn't sound good but is really good. The workers haven't been rude yet so congrats for nice employees. Food seems like it's made pretty fast and they give a fair price for their pizzas. Highly recommend if you like pizza, probably the 2nd best here in Weber.

Vegetarian options: Using the Papa John's app they separate the meats from the fruits and veggies when customizing the pizza.

Parking: They usually have plenty of parking but they definitely need to repaint their parking lot lines. There's about 6-8ish parking slots here.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's no wheelchair accessible parking and if I was in a wheelchair I'd find it hard getting in the store. There's not really an easily accessible ramp from what I've noticed.

Place is ghetto and looks rundown. Their main sign doesn't even work. Can barely see the parking space lines. Service is slow even when not busy. The management here is clearly terrible. Hit one of the many other pizza places around Ogden, avoid this place.

Quality's been going down for a while now. They are unable to cook their pizzas. Pizza was extremely doughy. Watery and not enough cheese causing the whole pizza to fall apart. Even check marked the option for cooking well done and still came in a soupy mess.

Update: went in to talk about the quality issues present and they were receptive. Only was asking for a refund for the 1 pizza with the issue but was given a full refund. Will maybe try again in a couple months. Went from a 1 star to a 3 star.

This store is abysmal to say the least. The orders are wrong nobody must check orders before they send them out. The phones never work and they’re always broken. I don’t understand how they stay in business in this location. Reviews dictate that this place needs new management or people that actually care.

I quit coming to this place for many years because they would never get my order right. I finally gave them a shot again and once again I get to my destination I’ll need to realize that my order is not correct again. I get that people make mistakes, but my gosh, this place never gets it right

Walked in the door to pick up my online order and could see an employee sitting on their phone. I stood at the counter waiting to be helped. Two other workers were in the back, one who looked to also be the manager looked over and did nothing. Could have been that they didn’t look exactly in my direction either. The employee on their phone was 10 feet away in direct sight, he was a younger guy with light mustache. It took him more than a few minutes and another customer to come in the door to notice me standing there. That kind of service sucks and is hard to see others doing some sort of work in the back while they’re on their phone. On the clock should also means they should be working.
