Went with my kids to get boba for the first time. Waited 30 minutes, then someone stole my drink. The girls sitting were awesome. Management needs to hire more people for busy days, but more blender tops, and create a pickup system

The last couple times I've tried coming here they've been closed. Like rn it's 6 and Google says open till 9.I get if your short staffed but at least hang a sign saying why your not open.The milk tea is really good but I guess I'll have to go to the other location.

Was craving boba a few days after a major surgery, came in forty minutes before close. It was deeply frustrating to be told they were “already closed” while the girl behind the counter was messing around with her friends. One of them even tried to tell her off and tell me they weren’t actually closed. Very upset that I wasted what little energy I had on this encounter.

Last minute my son decided he wanted to try boba. It was late but according to Google they were open until 9. Got there at 8:45 to see the gal that was supposed to be working just standing there with what looked like a couple of friends waiting for her to get off. Walked up to the counter to be told they were closed.If you close at 9 then you serve until 9, I assumed. Not 8:30 and then wait for the clock to run down so you can leave the second the clock strikes 9.

All the times I’ve been here I’ve had amazing service. All of the servers are so nice, and they’ve always been super kind, even when they don’t have all the necessary things to make our drinks amazing!!

every time I come here same bad service with this teens! They charge you for drinks that they don't even have and they tell you 1/2 after to tell you and refuse to give your money back! Nice place but terrible service!
