I'd give 0 stars if possible for this store. I ordered online and accidentally didn't schedule the correct day/time. I called the store literally 10+ times and not a single answer. The online chat was not help and I was finally assisted when I spoke to someone about ordering a pizza and they cancelled my order. So ridiculous that not one single person could answer the phone at the store. Will not be ordering from Pizza Hut in the future.

Ordered delivery through their website, the order was as simple as one large tavern pizza with buffalo sauce and chicken, I received a pizza with barbecue sauce, my wife called literally 11 times before they finally answered, and the young woman on the phone says, “how do you want to resolve this?” Umm send me the correct pizza I ordered please? She was not empathetic the entire phone call, very rude, didn’t look up the order, just asks for a completely new order to resend it out. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. Terrible service, I’ve never had to call some place 11 times.

Never got our pizza. Called the driver multiple times, totally ghosted. Called the store multiple times, they never picked up the phone and ultimately disconnected their line. Our previous two orders were carry out, both times we showed up during our window of pick-up and waited for 25+ min to receive our order. Not worth the stress. Order somewhere else.

This Pizza Hut is extremely chaotic. But I'm still going to give it 5 stars and I’ll tell you why. Even though they make mistakes, as all humans do, they own up to their mistakes and try to make it right by the customer. I see all these negative reviews and it makes me wonder if the people who made them were actually nice to the workers when they realized the mistake, or called them yelling. 🤷♀️

Today is Sunday Nov. 24th at 12 noon. I had a doordash Order and BRAD was working he was by himself and he did an awesome job. He needs a rise.

I ordered online @ 645 pm. Delivery set for 745 pm. Delivery driver changed 3 times. After over 5 calls to the store and a few calls to delivery drivers I had to go pick it up myself two hours late. Their excuse was being busy but it’s dead in hear as I wait for my pizza . What a joke of an establishment.
This place sucks lets you place a order then makes you wait for them to cancel it.

After over a hour of there system hanging up on me because "Uber canceled my order" they finally answered the phone and gave me some bs answer about "We are closed because of a Emergency blah blah blah"
You are PIZZA HUT what possible "Emergency" could you have? This location is consistently late and full of excuses. Every single time they have sent me a code for a "Free pizza" for being 45 or longer minutes late, it has NEVER worked and the manager always says "Well because you're not here, you can't prove that WE (ie Pizza hut management at this location) sent you the code" You literally have to go to the store, ask for the manager and go "This is my phone, this is my email account, this is YOUR EMAIL FROM PIZZA HUT (because I've been told by the manager, in person that "She is the one that sends out that email"), it says 1 free large 10 topping Pizza" and they will still argue with you.
Save your time and money. Go to Ogden Pizzeria.

They said 30 minutes on the phone it was done way faster and the best pizza hut pizza yet if I'm out here again I will go there again as long as it's the same woman

Melissa the GM of this Pizza Hut was so kind as to hang up on me after laughing at me. This is after being on hold for 7 min then hung up on calling back being on hold for another 5 min to have Malissa to tell me it wasn't her problem without letting me explain. After asking her name because she was so rude, disrespectful, unkind and should not work with people the zoo might be hiring but then I would just feel bad for the animals so probably a bad idea. I'm absolutely disappointed in the fact you would let any one be treated that way by an employee. If this wasn't clear to start with i would give this a -10 would not go back or recommend even my ex going to this store and I don't like him. Melissa on a personal note i would walk outside and apologize to the tree for the air they provide for you.
