Extremely rude staff I ordered a pizza was told by the manager that they’d give me credit called into order a pizza as was cases at by the guy I talked to.

Don’t use the app or call in to this location because they never can seem to get the order and their system correctly. They tried to tell me it was my driver, but I did not go through DoorDash when you go through the Pizza Hut app. It is a Pizza Hut driver, and it is their responsibility to communicate with them not mine. They offered me a free pizza from the same location no thanks they’ve used power surge excuse twice. I love Pizza Hut but I’ll never order from this location again.

We ordered cheesy stuff pizza got no sauce with it there was no sauce on pizza thinnest crust I've ever seen and it tasted like cardboard I swear it was under the heat lamp all day...our driver didn't speak English..NEVER GOING TO PIZZA HUT AGAIN..STAY AWAY

Order on app for delivery order took 30 minutes was heading to the store since it was taking forever as I was about to head out my food was sitting on the ground the delivery driver didn’t even knock on the door my food got very cold it was very upsetting
If i could rate zero i would. First they don’t have delivery drivers they use door dash had I know that I would have gotten carry out my dasher got lost didn’t speak English pizza was late so it was cold and even had it been on time and warm over all would have been lack luster at best 👎👎 cravings for Pizza Hut will be gone for a long time after this experience I’ll go to Marcos or dominoes instead 🫤

Ordered the triple treat box, got a cheese pizza, Margherita pesto pizza, bread sticks and chocolate chip cookie. Got home from picking up the pizza. The magherita pesto pizza was covered in pesto so much so that it was unedible, looks like the bottle lid fell off and pesto covered the pizza in excess amount. Pizza was also cold. Cheese pizza was also cold. The bread sticks and choclate chip cookie were fine. I live a block from the store and was within 5 min of the pickup time, there is no reason my pizza should be cold even when giving benefit of the doubt. Me and my wife don't eat out often and when we do its a special treat for us, hate to waste my money on 2 cold pizzas and a pizza covered in exessive amounts of pesto so that its unedible. Any supoort would be appreciated.

I ordered a pizza online and paid for it at this location. When I went to pick it up, there was no employee even in the store. I waited for over 20 minutes, calling out and opening and closing the door to make it ring. No one ever came and when I sent an email to customer service, they just said sorry for your long wait. I NEVER got my pizza or a refund. DO NOT GO HERE.
